The staff here, both male and female, were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us detailed recommendations for local attractions, how to best enjoy them, and even suggested nearby restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious, and despite the slight issue with soundproofing at the door, it didn't affect our sleep – the overall environment was quite quiet. They even left us some candies in the room! The rice noodles at this Ji Hotel's breakfast were delicious, and you could add tofu pudding and a fried egg to them – so good! 😍 Plus, there's a card and mahjong room, a gym, and a laundry room. The parking lot isn't huge, but the attendant was very responsible, helping us rearrange parking spots daily based on our travel plans. The only downside is that you have to enter the hotel parking lot by driving against traffic at the intersection, which always made me a little nervous 🤣

It's managed by the same company, with convenient parking at the entrance and charging stations. Cleanliness: The rooms were quite clean and tidy. Environment: There are children's play equipment in the lobby, a gym, and Kohler bathroom fixtures. The toilet is electric, but not self-flushing. There is a bathtub. Service: Overall, the breakfast was good, including the typical ******* butter tea.

Had a really good experience here. We spotted the hotel from the roadside and decided to drop in. A staff member kindly helped us find a parking spot and then assisted with our numerous bags. The front desk lady even came out to help. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist provided excellent service, and the value for money is absolutely superb. For this level of service at this price, it's a definite thumbs-up!

Before choosing this hotel, I did read the negative reviews, but foolishly, I thought that as a mid-to-high-end brand, I wouldn't encounter a bad experience. Well, I was wrong. First, the hotel's location on Ctrip is not very accurate. After parking according to the map, I had to drag my luggage a long way to reach the lobby (even though there were parking spaces available right near the lobby entrance). Second, it's winter, and there were still mosquitoes in the room. I searched for ages but couldn't find an electric mosquito repellent or zapper. Since there weren't many, I just let it go. The most serious issue was the third one. After a tiring day exploring Jiuzhaigou, I washed up and went to bed. As soon as my skin touched the hotel duvet, I immediately broke out in an allergic reaction. It was incredibly itchy. That's when I finally inspected the duvet closely and was appalled to find such blatant stains. I was speechless. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately sent someone to verify the issue and proactively offered a room change. The new room's duvet had no stains, so I managed to get through the night. Throughout the whole process, I felt the staff's service attitude was very good; they actively resolved the issues and appeased guests. However, the room quality itself has serious flaws. I hope the hotel can strengthen its oversight of room quality in the future.

The room is very spacious with complete facilities and a great, clean environment. The owner's service attitude is excellent, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is very convenient. I especially recommend this place to friends who have trouble sleeping, as it's extremely quiet at night.

This is an excellent guesthouse, and the host is incredibly friendly. We were driving ourselves and realized we wouldn't reach Jiuzhaigou until after 9 PM. Not wanting to drive late at night, we decided to make this guesthouse in the county town our stopover. The guesthouse itself is very stylishly designed, the rooms are spacious, and it offers excellent value for money. A special mention must go to the lovely lady who prepared our breakfast – I'm not sure if she's the owner or an employee. Not only was her food delicious, but she was also incredibly kind and chatted with us, sharing many fascinating stories about Jiuzhaigou before it became a popular tourist destination.

Although it is a bit far from Jiuzhaigou scenic area, the room is clean and warm, and there are many restaurants around you can choose from. The hotel owner does not speak English but is very hospitable, he helped and answered my questions in detail. It was a great experience. If I have a chance to come back here, I will stay at this hotel.

This is hands down the cleanest and most spacious hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was exceptional; the owner even went above and beyond by personally driving us to and from our meals, which gave the place a truly warm, homely feel. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find, right across the river from the government building. All the facilities and amenities are brand new. I'll definitely be staying here again next time. This is a real review, not an advertisement!

It's only about a 40-minute drive from the hotel to the scenic area, and our entire check-in process was incredibly smooth and reassuring. After we checked in, the lovely front desk staff promptly reminded us to connect on WeChat. They then sent over detailed travel guides, advised us to book tickets online in advance, and even suggested the most convenient parking spots near the scenic area. Their thoroughness and thoughtful consideration for every detail saved us so much worry. I absolutely loved the minimalist style and layout of our room. As a new Hanting hotel that just opened last year, it truly delivered with comprehensive facilities and meticulous cleanliness. It was an exceptionally satisfying stay. I must give a special shout-out to Miss Xiao Jing (前台小景姐姐) at the front desk who checked us in. Her attitude was superb, and she was incredibly patient. She recommended delicious local eateries and even pointed us to reliable travel photography studios for makeup and photos near the scenic spot – truly a lifesaver! I've since returned to Suzhou, and I'm still beaming about our Jiuzhaigou trip. I'll definitely be back in autumn!
