My husband and | just spent one nights at Tune Hotel and our experience was great from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was s clean and modern. The bed was comfortable - we slept wonderfully every night.

We recently stayed for two nights at the Country Garden Seaview Suite by Nest Home. While the unit was clean and neat, there were several issues that affected our comfort: - The water heater was not working, which made showering inconvenient. - The sofa and cushions were wet upon arrival. Although a cleaner came and attempted to dry them with a hairdryer for about 10 minutes, the sofa remained soggy and had an unpleasant smell. - The room’s location facing a busy traffic junction made it difficult to rest. Noise from ambulances, car horns, and traffic persisted throughout the night, resulting in poor sleep quality. On a positive note, the room itself was tidy and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the combination of maintenance issues and noise disturbance significantly impacted the overall experience. We hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future guest stays.

I didn’t managed to take much photos however the stay was not too great. The location is near the highway and it’s pretty noisy in the middle of the night. We didn’t really had a good sleep. The toilet door handle was faulty. The hair shampoo and body soap made our skin itchy, it felt like hand soap. There wasn’t any local channels to watch, only from streaming platforms. The bed was sunk in and the pillows were too soft. The bedsheets also had some old stains. The customer service was very responsive and helpful so that’s okay. I wouldn’t really recommend staying in this room. Maybe higher floors are better.

The place was so nice and best part it was pet friendly. We also made sure that the property was taken care of. Overall such a plesant stay, the unit was beautiful. They responded really quick and allowed a late check-in. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

The apartment was serviced by Lions Bay, the office is near to the apartment. Instructions given to collect key was easy to follow and clear, packing near the office not as easy due to many cars parked along the side walk. The view was awesome. Very home feel. Tv set came with Netflix, great entertainment for the kids!

Extended stay for another night. Process was simple through the trip apps. This place is more for relaxing and near the Johor zoo. Manage to take the public transport to paradigm mall, it was pretty easy. There is also transport to CIQ directly.

My wife and I recently stayed at Avenue M, and we enjoyed the unique aspects of our stay. The room was incredibly spacious, almost like an Airbnb, complete with a kitchen that allowed us to self-cater. This added a homey touch to our hotel experience. However, there were some notable drawbacks. Breakfast was a letdown - the options were limited and didn't quite live up to our expectations. To make matters worse, there were a lot of flies buzzing around the breakfast area, which was unpleasant. The pool was also quite not so and limited, especially considering the size of the hotel. On the plus side, the hotel's location is fantastic - it's perfectly situated for exploring the area. Overall, while the room's size and kitchen facilities were definite pluses, the issues with breakfast, flies, and the pool need attention. With some improvements, this hotel could really shine.

When we got to the room, the air conditioner was very loud. The pillow was full of yellow stains. I didn't dare to sleep. I asked to change rooms. They let me stay on the first floor with 2 beds. The room was very old. The floor was open like plywood. I had to trip when I walked. There were 2/3 cockroaches running out under the floor. Since I had already asked to move and brought my stuff, I had to reluctantly stay. Because I was very tired and sleepy, I hadn't looked at the bathroom because they said there were no towels to wait until 8 pm. I woke up to take a shower. There were no towels. So I went to ask. This is when I had to take a shower. It turned out that there was no water lily head. The water pipe was leaking. The water lily above couldn't be opened. The button was locked. I couldn't pull or turn anything. I had to take a shower with a hose that looked like a rubber hose that was hard to spray my butt. I turned it on and the water leaked along the hose. I couldn't stand to shower. I had to sit down to shower. It took me a long time to finish showering because very little water leaked from the hose. I lifted it until I was done. When I came back to the sink, the water flowed very slowly. I turned it on all the way but it only dripped a little. 😒 I was very discouraged with the room. I was not happy staying in the room. But I booked for 2 nights, so I had to reluctantly stay. The next morning before noon We went to ask to change rooms, they let us move to another floor. This is it, we found a room that was a bit better. The bathroom was good, the water pressure was strong, the equipment used in the bathroom was normal, it was considered okay, but the room was a bit old, but it was considered livable, more than the previous room. We decided to stay another day, but no staff came to knock to clean, there was no sign saying whether to clean or not, no water or tissue paper was provided, we had to go and ask to change towels.
