服務態度超級差！沒有之一，住過這麼多家酒店，他家就很搞笑。換房換了幾次，不是燈壞了就是窗户壞了，還一臉不屑的表情，太囂張了，一點歉意都沒有。不推薦！差評！如果是因為攜程聯繫升房出現問題，應該跟我説清楚，如果沒有沒關係，而不是一副無所謂的態度，服務行業不是説要你對我怎麼樣客氣怎麼樣好，起碼你給間房我是沒有問題，對嗎？花錢買個問題房？不至於吧。再看看衞生，洗澡的地方非常臟，根本就沒有清洗，床單也是個破的，枕套還有污漬，換了兩個房燈都是壞的一兩個，不説了，服務差，衞生差。不敢恭維！

從來沒有那麼想吐槽過一個賓館，花了接近500萬元，住了一個沒有空調，沒有窗户的房間，差點被憋死，實在受不了了，半夜起來把大門開起才勉強睡着。問賓館服務人員，她們説500這是最便宜的了，她們不是老闆，其他都不知道。真的是鬱悶至極！
