a) THE ROOMS FACING THE STREETS ARE VERY NOISY. as the hotel is opposite a railway line, there are trains of the Deutsche Bahn, whether they are freight or passengers. And you are listening to everything 24hs ... On the other side of the street, there is a huge transformer in green color (attached photo) belonging to the company buzzing all night. No...the hotel obviously do not warn you about this!!! As the street of the hotel has some heavy traffic, so at dawn, you are awakened by the noise of the cars / buses / trucks that begin their daily activities. CONCLUSION: almost paradise, isn't? b) STAFF - oh my God !!! It is worldwide famous that the Germans are not a taste of sympathy except when they are among themselves.Fact. ... But this reception, from day and night shifts, won the top unsympathetic prize of the year. I was treated like a beggar...Do you think I'm exaggerating? I arrived to check in ai 1AM, almost frozen temperature at 2°C and there were 1 boy and 1 girl at the desk.And guess what??They did not even hesitate to ask me to wait for them...they both were out, finish smoking and come in again!!! Wir hatten das Zimmer 202 es war sehr schön und super eingerichtet soweit alles sauber leider war das WiFi sehr schlecht das schlafsofa wirklich nicht gut zum schlafen und im TV konnte man keine Sender gucken.
