Kobe Nagata Ward Hotels

I stayed here for a concert at the World Memorial Hall. The only rooms in the Sannomiya area were over 20,000 yen, so I was lucky to be able to stay at this price, just 10 minutes away by train. The bed was spacious and the bathroom and water area were clean. I personally liked that the shelf was one step lower than the desk, so I could put my backpack down and use it as a space to open it. The staff were also kind and very friendly. It was also convenient to be able to use the drink bar, like those found in family restaurants, which you can bring into the room. It seemed to be cleaning time, and I was confused because I didn't know where to return the cup I had used, but they called out to me right away and took it for me, which was helpful. I often stay at hostels because I only stay there to sleep, but it feels completely different when you have private space all over. I would like to use this again when I visit Kobe.

The location is fantastic. Beautiful and well maintained hotel. However, after observing one of the staff members my first thought was 'MOTTAINAI”. Because, the female foreign staff named Hou has exhibited a low level of behavior for this hotel. Her eyes looked unfriendly, because she never had a smile. In fact, she made a remark and criticism about my question. It became clear to me she is the unprofessional type who is not suitable for such a nice hotel. Photos are from room #507 where carpets had noticeable stains.

It takes about 20 minutes to take the bus + walk from Shin-Kobe Station. It is a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. The location is convenient and the environment is OK. The restaurant is relatively small and it is a bit difficult to find a seat when there are many people in the morning.

The location is great and is really near their city centre. Room is a little small but very cosy. There is a variety of amenities that you can help yourself right at the lobby. The staff there are also very polite and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay there

The place is nice and clean. The location is lied on the center of KOBE which is surrounding by all brand name shop and close to walking street. The atmosphere is quiet and beautiful. Very highly recommended . Considering a room is slightly big compared to a normal hotel in Kansai area

Excellent attention I always host in this hotel, really feel like I was in my own house; the staff is very friendly!

The high-end hotel that has the longest history in Kobe. It is above a free museum about Kobe. It was very luxurious, and had a wonderful restaurant for Kobe beef, but don't forget to reserve online. All rooms face a certain direction toward the mountains, but not toward the water. During our stay, the gym was not available. And the location is surrounded by luxury brands, not by the station or markets for food.

The service was very good and the amenities we can take as many as needed. The food was very good also. Though the staff did not call to remind for our checkout time and we were 30mins late to checkout, the hotel did not charge us since it was New Year as their compliment for their customer. So thank you so much Hotel Sunroute Sopra-Kobe and looking forward to stay here again when we go back here in Kobe 😉

The service is good and clean. The hardware provided is enough although they are not updated.

Hotel is just next to the JR station which is very convenient for travellers. Airport express shuttle bus station also nearby. Hotel is clean and tidy but a bit small. Staff is friendly and polite. There is a smoking room in the check in lobby floor. Lovely stay in kobe with Remm plus.
