It feels good to live in the big dormitory, and sleep is also very good. Stayed for five days on the last day, and someone actually ate curry in the room. I didn't sleep all night, I left at 3:00 that day, but I really didn't have a bound bank card and I couldn't pay. I couldn't get a taxi for a long time. The front desk of the hotel took me everywhere to find a car. Thank you very much for the uncle. The location is very close to Chinatown. There are many delicious foods nearby.

To say that I am upset is not enough. I discovered this hostel back in 2018 and since that time I came often untill 2019. I retourned after Covid and everything was so different. Dorm rooms are not maintained at all, before each bed had its own curtain. In my room there was always water on the floor (from upstairs toilets) and on the upper beds (see pic). Toilet and showers are littéralement destroyed (you should close for a week and call good plumbers, listen to me). The common ”kitchen” on the balcony is so dirty that I couldn't stay there more than 5 minutes: sofas are disgusting, there is only a fan, sockets are not working, TV is there for nothing, the floor has so many holes and nobody is cleaning properly. Staff is nice and welcoming, the two bengali receptionists are really good and skilled workers (but.. aren't they working too much? 12+ hours per day?). I definitely won't come back and won't let my friends sleep in here.

The environment is comfortable, the price is reasonable, and the service staff is friendly. There are some homeless people outside, but the hotel lobby will lock the door, so the security is very reassuring. If I have the opportunity, I will choose here again!

The room has no windows, no ventilation and mosquitoes, and there is no shop sign outside. It took half an hour and asked a few times before I found it. The front desk also charges a foreign tourist tax of MYR5. Extortion in disguise!

the room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for rest limited number of parking spaces was a drawback, requiring guests to seek alternative parking arrangements outside the hotel hotel's proximity next to MRT station made it convenient to access other popular destinations such as KLCC and the newly opened TRX within a few stops while some noise was expected due to the hotel's location, it was generally bearable and did not significantly affect the quality of sleep despite these minor inconveniences, I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future due to its cleanliness, comfort and convenient location
