Receptionist is very efficient and friendly. Free parking space is provided (plenty is available during weekend). Located near Bangsar LRT Station which is very convenient for me. The room is spacious and clean. Beautiful scenery if your room does not facing the construction site.

my third time booking this hotel. the reception lobby already completed. it just that the hotel quite crowded with guests due school holiday. other than that was cool except they forgot to refill the soap and shampoo in toilet. lucky i bring my own shower gel.

Pros: Room is spacious, cozy and comfortable. Aircond is cold, bed is comfy. Amenities in the room are well equipped. Parking is convenient at the basement. Cons: Lift - only few people allowed, about 4 pax only despite it can fit up to 7 pax. It’ll sound the alarm when exceed. Breakfast was not replenished fast enough. Many were left waiting for the food.

Room view is fantastic for this price. Location is good. Convenient. Right above a shopping mall with foods, coffee etc. But, the room looks old and rundown, bed is on the hard side. For this price, dont expect too much, its worth the money paid for. Facing the main road will keep hearing those loud exhaust bikes and cars. Light sleeper try to avoid facing the main road rooms.

Great location of hotel in Kuala Lumpur, has always been one of our favourite. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. Love that the room is spacious, a lot of space to walk around. Bed was comfortable, such a pleasant stay here! Check in was also seamless and convenient.
