Sofitel’s service was good, as were the rooms. Some of the furniture had noticeable wear and tear, but it was a clean and comfortable room overall. One suggestion is to consider having a turndown service, which could really uplift the entire experience, since Sofitel already has the MyBed services on call. The service could afford to be more attentive. I appreciate the hotel staff’s help in searching for something that went missing from my room, though they couldn’t find it in the end.

The exhaust fan of toilet seem broken or install inversely, when open the toilet switch (light and exhaust fan), the 'incredible' smelly/odor coming from exhaust fan. I had called the service twice but they just spray fragrance only, they say will call the engineer come, 1030pm wait till 12am, and they say engineer not free/ still servicing other rooms. Imagine bath/ bath tubing and can't use exhaust fan, feel dizzy in there, I booked this hotel cuz I need relax and enjoy the bath tub but sadly I can't. Btw I also saw the staff's fragrance spray remain in the room from last guest when I check in (I self put at the walkway) and make me think, it not getting fixed. The room is clean, interior is very nice but the odor make us can't enjoy it.

Place is next to 2 malls with lots of food and supermarkets. It’s in a atas area and you feel quite safe. The concierge is very good attitude and helpfulness. Even gave a free room upgrade. Lifts are very fast and no congestion issues. Overall a great stay

Room is large with studio layout with comfortable bed, good water pressure, washing machine, microwave owen, ironing facilities and it's a home away from home. Parking is complimentary at M floor and it has the identification facility to allow vehicles to enter and exit the parking area. Will return when I plan to stay in Sri Hartamas area.

good male staff during check-in & he said i got free upgrade from queen to king size... everything good, got quiet room as per request via trip.com, lot of amenities...only on cleanliness need to be improved... swimming pool is not suitable for small kids, 4feet depth... i would like to share a picture drawed by my daughter to show how she love the hotel, may visit again in the future...

Very friendly and helpful front desk. Not easy to find as the building is behind the main road. Easy access to shopping mall by a sky bridge. Wifi signal is a bit weak and unreliable. Couldn’t do any work in room.

Booked a double room but got triple room. The traffic was bad on Saturday night. Parking also not easy to find. So if you’re driving, be mindful of your arrival time. Check-in and check-out was easy. Lift was out of order so have to take the stairs up to the second floor. Room was okay for the price. I though the room was non smoking. Somehow got ashtray inside. So got smell of cigarettes. Water pressure was so bad. Got leaking pipe also in the bathroom.
