不愧是咖啡酒店，到處咖啡香，每天都有咖啡券免費的哦！離火車站很近，走着五分鐘，還有街邊食肆，離大悦城南屏街也很近，方便的很，打車也便利，下次來昆明還會選擇這裏！

隔音效果還可以，雖然也能聽見走廊關門和講話的聲音，但比較朦朧，窗簾遮光效果很好，對我這種睡眠質量很差的人來説非常友好；位置離地鐵口有一點距離但也比較近，交通方便；酒店房間禁煙，所以床上用品沒有什麼煙味，非常喜歡；一次性牙刷質量很好，是我這次住的四個酒店裡最好的，這種細節很令人開心！

想喝一杯開水都很難？拿着燒水壺去接水以後就成圖片這樣，客房打掃可能用的洗衣液吧！不然怎麼這麼多泡泡？反應到前台，説是給我換一個最後就是拿到水龍頭下去沖洗了一下。哎……浪費喆啡這個品牌。

酒店離昆明站很近，周邊有地鐵去機場，方便轉機；離昆明老街很近，步行就可到達。酒店房間比較乾淨，但走廊的地毯不是很好。早餐還行，對不吃辣椒的客人是個考驗，炒個青菜也放辣。煮麪的窗口太低，和工作人員説話看不到人，很不方便。

住過同價位最差的酒店，沒有之一，提前399預訂的，然而辦理入住的時候價格降到了230，跟前台説能不能退了重新訂，前台以經理不在為由拒絕，反饋到攜程，聯繫了店家也是拒絕重新下單，或者退差價，而且房間設施跟一百塊的招待所差不多，地毯臟得不行，水龍頭也是壞的，因為喝了酒，大半夜的不想折騰了，睡一覺起來趕緊跑了，奉勸大家不管淡季旺季都不要住這家，大坑。

第一晚沒熱水，父母晚上去到都洗不了澡去了其他房間洗澡，第二天聯繫處理説沒問題，房間也沒給換，第二晚再洗澡洗到一半沒熱水。問題一直沒處理，冷冰冰的天還是長者家，真的極度不滿意

2022年8月出差昆明，由於考慮昆明旅遊旺季加上我火車到昆明比較晚，提前聯繫酒店預訂了房間，當時前台一臉不爽的説，白天不是我上班的我不知道，我反問了不是你上班，你們工作不交接嗎？然後僵持了30分鐘託縣（期間前台更各種不耐煩（可能酒店爆滿飄的不行），我沒辦法衹好重新找酒店，待我找到酒店入住已經晚上1點了，到了晚上2點過，（預訂）酒店服務員給我電話問我是否過去，房間還否留下，我當時很生氣的把電話掛了，第二天給12315反饋了情況，最後酒店回覆也是很不耐煩的樣子。説真的這樣的服務我第一次遇到，今天特此差評。
