此次入住開臣酒店，整體體驗非常棒，不愧是五星級水準。 酒店位置優越，交通便利，周邊配套設施完善，無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假都極為方便。 大堂在七樓，寬敞明亮，裝修精緻，工作人員熱情專業，從辦理入住到退房，服務都很貼心，有問必答，還提供了許多實用的出行建議。 房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，各種設施齊全且維護良好，沒有任何故障或損壞。 餐飲方面，早餐種類豐富，味道可口，能滿足不同人的口味需求。 酒店還配備了健身房、游泳池等休閑設施，環境舒適，設備嶄新，讓人在閑暇之餘能夠盡情放鬆身心。 這次入住讓我十分滿意，下次有機會還會選擇這裏，也推薦給各位有需求的朋友。

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

The hotel stay was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming-even sending flowers and fruit as a bonus. I could feel the staff enjoyed providing guests with exceptional service, it was a good stay. We stayed one night for business purposes, I would stay again when I am in Kunshan.

The hotel is great , the staff and environment was very friendly and welcoming . The butler (溪地小清) always made sure that we have everything that we needed and that the communication between us was fluently and made the trip go smoothly. The food was good and very delicious the portions is very generous. The places around the hotel is also good and a great experience for foreigners very welcoming and a great place for children. There is tons of activities and food places to see. The only improvement is to maybe add a mini fridge in the rooms to keep the drinks cool. Other than that the place is a great experience and scenery relaxing would recommend foreigners to try it out. I would definitely go back again

There are so many hotels in Zhouzhuang, so I chose this one from a thousand choices. I was really not disappointed. I will come again next time and recommend it to my friends. The residence is a 2-minute walk from the ticket gate of Shen Hall. There is no noise in the scenic area, and the car can drive directly there, which is convenient and quiet. The river in front of the door has clear water and can be fished. The house is very new, and I like to sit on the balcony and stare at the beautiful scenery of the water town in a daze. The landlady is very enthusiastic and prepares welcome snacks and fruits for each room. There are also sweet and crisp peaches and crispy dates on the big table at the front desk, which is very warm🎈

Very good B&B. It is very close to Shanghai by car, which is very suitable for driving there to take the baby for the weekend, and it is also very pet-friendly. At present, the hotel is very affordable and close to the people in Zhouzhuang Ancient Town. Parking is free. Tell the boss in advance and he will tell you the location of the free parking lot. After arriving at the parking lot, contact the housekeeper and there will be a battery car to pick up the luggage. In fact, it is also very close to walk there. The various facilities in the inn are very new. I like this simple and modern decoration style. The size and decoration style of each room are different. The decoration is relatively simple. The main thing is that there are two beds in the room, which is very suitable for family and children. The mattress and quilt are very comfortable. I slept until dawn. Take a walk in the ancient town early the next morning and feel the water town life of people with small bridges and flowing water. It is really pleasant to spend the holiday here.

Facilities: Complete, good network signal. Environment: Beautiful and quiet, beautiful lighting at night. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Service: Enthusiastic. Room has an ageing look with dusts, bathroom is a bit mouldy. We came during winter and the room was like a chiller and took some time to warm up. The owner arranged his staff to pick us up on foot from a meeting point outside the ancient town as cars aren’t able to enter. However, his staff didn’t lead us back to the same pick up point even if had requested for help. We lost our way and thankfully my car driver was able to locate us. We booked a room for 4 but amenities were arranged for 2 only. We have to request for extra from bathroom items to pillows. Will consider other modern guests houses at the edge of the water village for the same price.
