MMing KitRight next to Shinjuku JR Station,Takashimaya. Location is super convenient. The hotel room is right up high in the sky and you can have the best view of Tokyo. Breakfast is also good. And there are some good restaurants on the same building at 3rd/4th floor as well. (Picture are the view from hotel room and lobby)

GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel and special mention to Justyna Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits. Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping. Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser. Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Thank you Justyna and team!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was located around 15 mins from the buzzling Shinjuku area and was nearer to the commercial buildings which provided a quieter resting area away from the busy packed area. Room was big for Japan standard and service was great just that if you arrive during the changing of shifts, be prepared to wait. A downside would probably be the lack of washing machines and dryers (imagine only having 4 machines for the entire 30 off levels of rooms).

CCielYukiThe uniqueness of this five-star hotel is that it offers unparalleled comfort and first-class service. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, we can meet your needs here. I was impressed with the modern amenities and thoughtful details in the hotel room. What's more worth mentioning is that the hotel's waiters always maintained smiles and enthusiasm, which made me feel more cordial and warm. If you are looking for a quality five star hotel then this hotel is undoubtedly your best choice.

AAnonymous Userstayed at the hotel for just 2 nights. it is okay for little days. location is walkable distance from train station and alot of things nearby. room is smaller than it looks but still managable for a family of 3. would come back here if it is a short stay. service staff was amazing and had alot of free amenities for guests. bathroom cleanliness was okay but on the last day noticed that there was seaweed floating in the bathtub and next day appeared at sink. didnt tell receiptionist as i figured we were leaving already and they will do a cleanup.

AAnonymous UserHighly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home. For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!
