Excellent
GGuest UserI ordered food to be delivered to my room once. It was missing half of what was supposed to be there. It was also 35 minutes late from when they said it would be delivered. And it was cold. Another night I was waiting for the front desk to pick up the phone for 50 minutes. At 10pm. Another night the two front desk agents I talked to were very confused. The first one gave me wrong info, and the second one corrected what I was told, but then sent me away to come back later. I really like GSR, and I really enjoy the pool, the rooms are beautiful, the nonsmoking rooms are great, etc. But I do feel they could use a massive customer service training overhaul.

GGuest UserNewly renovated and quiet. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, very close to the row, worth choosing, and very cost-effective. You can stay here again next time you visit.

OOn The Road AgainThey will add a $40+ ****** fee when you check in. I’m not sure if that is per day or not as I only stayed one night. Everything was quite good there but gone are the days of valet car service. Room was standard with no complaints other than only two for the five lights in the bathroom worked. ****** was surprisingly up to date with many nice dining options. Loved the Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chip shop ($18 for three cod pieces with chips).

GGuest UserWe found the hotel to be very nicely appointed with comfortable beds and a spacious room featuring a lounge chair and long desktop surface. The staff was courteous and responded to our request for a microwave in the room. It is apparently one of a few hotels that doesn't have a ****** and we appreciated that. Our conference group utilized the very large rooms for talks and dinner. The only thing I found odd was that you couldn't access the stairs to go to your rooms (stairs are for emergency only) so the elevators were very crowded when our large group ended events.

GGuest UserOur group from the Bay area goes to Reno twice a year for the past 20 years. Late August for golf/fantasy football draft and in March for March Madness. This was our first time staying at The Eldorado thanks to the Executive ****** Host Grant Wellington. I rarely give 5-star reviews. The rooms are perfectly cleaned, with comfortable beds and bedding, strong water pressure, beautiful views, etc. The world-class dining. Yes, I said world-class dining was off the charts. La Strada was one of the best Italian restaurants on this side of the pond. We are all foodies from the bay. The all around experience was perfect. Roxy is also very good. We are looking forward to returning for March Madness!

GGuest UserWe stayed here overnight only as we were on a long road trip. The hotel is connected on either side to Circus, Circus and Eldorado so it was almost like one continuous gaming floor. The rooms were a good size and provided a nice view of Reno and the mountains beyond. The whole place was clean. One comment - we arrived at 2.30pm (check-in is from 3pm). The reception had 3 staff sitting around but they wanted $25 each room for early check-in. Of course for the sake of 30 minutes we decided to wait. When 3pm came, there were about 20 people all trying to check-in at the same time - but only 2 reception staff available. Surely a small amount of leeway on timing would be common sense! Otherwise we enjoyed the free parking and the vibe of the hotel. The drinks on the ****** floor however were shockingly expensive (over $20 for a single Captain Morgan’s and Coke before tip).

SStevenBooo… this one is at the bottom of my list Well, if you have an opportunity to stay at a different hotel, closer in town little more expensive if you can afford it, try not to stay too long at this one it’s an old hotel. It’s a old stinky ****** needs to be leveled and rebuilt wrong part of town, a lot of transient people on the street. I did not like it but it was cheap. It was clean and old and stunk phone. Desk was friendly maintenance was nonexistent. I change the filter in my AC unit because it was nasty. I stayed there for two night. The only thing that was comfortable was leaving my truck outside because they had security in a fenced in area. Security walk to grounds all the time not nice not good I don’t like.

CCHENAnd its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.
