其他都還好，就是自助餐較差。
7-9點自助餐，按照前台的提示，避開會議人員集中就餐時間，8點進到餐廳，但好多東西都沒有了。
沒有水果，説被客人吃完了。最過分的是兩個鹹菜碗都是空的，始終沒有人補充。喝稀飯，走遍餐廳都沒有勺子。幾天都看到，缺的東西都沒有及時補充。
也沒有咖啡，兩天都説咖啡機壞了。
問工作人員，兩個女服務員在櫃枱裏聊天，就是沒人管。
所以根本就是經營管理的問題，是對客人尊重不尊重、在乎不在乎的問題。

位於當地很大的鐵路社區內，周邊生活設施方便，各種味道好的餐館，特產店很多，生活設施方便，離地鐵站步行十分鐘路程，打車也很方便。總體好評。

作為一個定居在成都的蘭州人，從小到大路過金輪賓館上千次絕對有了！沒想到長大後自己也會入住，感覺還是多奇妙的。
一開始還以為這麼多年了，實施會不會比較老舊？幾年前應該是重新裝修過，維護的還真不錯。房間隔音也好，走廊裏也鋪了地毯，中央空調出風口不對人，細節棒！
這次回蘭州五天都是住在金輪賓館。總體是很滿意的，建議可以增加個紗窗。畢竟蚊子挺多的。
再就是對於住客能否減免停車費呢？希望越來越好！
