Staying for the first time in the newly opened hotel last year, the room was very nice. The decoration is simple, elegant, warm and very comfortable. The hotel’s breakfast is also good, and the staff are enthusiastic and very service-minded. I originally checked out at 13:00, and contacted Zhang Guanqiao, a handsome guy at the front desk, and wanted to apply for a late check-out until 14:00. I was very happy to deal with it! I came to Lanzhou from Shenzhen and drank all the 4 bottles of water in the room at night. I contacted Mr. Zhang Guanqiao at noon and told me that the hotel’s Nongfu Spring is chargeable and gave me three bottles of C'estbon. Thank you very much. I would like to ask the hotel about this, shouldn’t this bottled water be delivered every day? Or is there a charge for drinking in the room? I didn't seem to have encountered this situation in other hotels. Overall it is a good hotel.

The location is slightly remote, quiet and safe, and I have stayed for several days. The cleaning aunt and the front desk staff are very enthusiastic. There are few places to eat nearby. There is a Wumart supermarket downstairs. Basically, there are beef noodles and hand-grabbed lamb nearby. The door is a password lock. You don’t need to bring a key. Especially in the summer it is very convenient.

The house is in a relatively new community, the appearance looks good, the community environment is also very good, and there is a gap when entering the room. Health is not very good, there are many oil stains on the kitchen wall. The toilet is yellowed. The water retaining strip in the lower right corner of the shower room is missing, and the water will flow out every time. After the shower, you have to mop the floor yourself. The window should not have been wiped for a long time and is dirty. The water stains on the faucet are also obvious. It is worth boasting that the landlord, who responded as soon as possible during the stay, and was very active in solving the problem. There is also a special parking space for free for us to use. It is a rare good landlord. I hope that the sanitation can be done up and the house is well maintained, so that it will be a veritable 5-star homestay.
