I called the front desk guest service center and was told that the air conditioner had not been turned on in March and needed to turn off the air conditioner, but because the room temperature has not been able to drop, The hotel took the initiative to replace the suite on the same floor. It was already a little bit. The staff on duty on the evening of March 20 were very dedicated. Thank you very much for the service of the guest service center. Oh, by the way, the deluxe double room TV can be screened, and the suites changed later cannot be screened. I hope to improve it next time.

Stunning hotel with a very attractive lobby area. Nice size room, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Big thanks to Suzie who speaks excellent English and was able to recommend local restaurants. She also arranged for free snacks to be left in my room, much appreciated. Tea and kettle in room, but no coffee. Excellent location in the old St, many, many restaurants nearby.

First of all, the facilities are complete and new, and the cleaning is very clean! The bathroom is very big and the makeup mirror is very clear. Girls should especially like it! There is a full-length mirror in the dressing room, which is perfect. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk have very good service attitudes!
