My trip to Lhasa with friends and our stay at Atour Hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the diffused oxygen supply and humidifier were thoughtful touches that helped alleviate altitude sickness. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively helping to introduce nearby attractions. The hotel is quiet, conveniently located, and well-equipped, making it a high-quality accommodation choice for your Lhasa trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tibet!

I came to Lhasa backpacking alone, initially planning to rough it in a hostel for a few nights. But then a friend practically forced me to try this Hilton, saying 'you'll know once you stay here.' And okay, I admit, I'm completely hooked!
The service was incredibly good. They proactively said, 'Let me arrange a comfortable yet affordable room for you,' and even hand-wrote a 'Lhasa guide' – telling me where to find the cheapest sweet tea, which monasteries have free entry, and which bus routes offer the best scenic views. The most touching moment was when I came back drenched from the rain one day. Immediately, someone brought me a bowl of hot herbal tea and a blanket, saying, 'Don't catch a cold, getting sick at high altitude is a hassle.' This kind of genuine care is something you might not even find in a five-star hotel.
The value for money was surprisingly good. Honestly, I expected a Hilton to cost at least several hundred, but the price I booked was much lower than I anticipated, even more cost-effective than some private rooms in hostels. The room was clean and spacious, with oxygen supply and a humidifier, ensuring a really sound sleep at night. While breakfast wasn't a lavish buffet, it offered plenty of tsampa, butter tea, and boiled eggs, enough to keep me full until the afternoon, saving me lunch money. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and getting to the Potala Palace or Jokhang Temple costs just one yuan, making transportation costs almost negligible.
After this stay, I feel like I hit the jackpot. Not just because it was affordable, but because of the unreserved kindness from the ******* people. Next time I visit Tibet, I won't hesitate – I'm definitely staying here again! 🙏🎒

There is also a laundry dryer
And it really can
The kind that washes and drys clean

The most important breakfast is quite delicious.
The variety is quite rich
Especially the rice noodles.

This stay was great! The location of the hotel is very convenient and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The lobby environment is elegant, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in speed is very fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sleep was particularly stable, the bathroom facilities were complete, and the hot water supply was stable. The overall price is very high, whether it is travel or temporary stay, I will choose here next time, I really recommend it!

During these few days in Lhasa, I really felt the feeling of home in this Atour
First of all, every young man and woman at the front desk is young and enthusiastic. They can respond to any needs very actively and quickly.
I used my membership points to exchange for a good night milk for my child. In the next few days, as long as our family returns to the hotel, the thoughtful staff will specially bring us a cup of warm milk.
Secondly, it is very troublesome to wash clothes on a long trip. But Atour's laundry room is professional and clean. You can achieve the freedom of washing and drying clothes every day. You can also entrust all to the front desk. Every day when I return to the hotel, I get clean and fresh clothes. It's so happy
The only thing that is a little shortcoming is that the room is not big. But in this area of Lhasa, at this price. This area is acceptable

Because I was traveling on a whim, I only booked one night and I felt that the hotel was really good in all aspects. The hotel has its own laundry room. The breakfast is also quite satisfactory. The room is quite spacious and you can bring your children. I will recommend this hotel to people around me.

Lhasa, known as the 'City of Sunshine,' left an incredibly beautiful memory for my family and me during our stay at the InterContinental Lhasa Paradise. The hotel's exterior is grand and aesthetically pleasing, with an overall stylish ambiance. The bedding in the rooms was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep every night. What we loved most was the glass design in the lobby; sitting there, you can gaze up at Lhasa's pristine blue skies and white clouds. As the sunlight streams in, it truly broadens your mind.
Before our trip, we were torn between The St. Regis Lhasa Resort and Shangri-La. We even visited both properties to compare their services. After careful consideration, we ultimately chose the InterContinental Lhasa Paradise, and looking back, it was absolutely the right decision. My family and I have stayed at many high-end hotels both domestically and internationally, but the service here, in particular, genuinely impressed us.
Throughout our stay, the person I want to commend most sincerely is our butler, Dekyi Nancy. She went above and beyond for us, handling numerous tasks, many of which were outside her regular duties. We felt a little bad for bothering her so frequently, but she was always gracious, handling everything big and small with meticulous care and no complaints. Dekyi Nancy not only has outstanding professional abilities but also treats guests with warmth and sincerity, offering professional and detailed service, and handling matters reliably and steadily.
Knowing that altitude sickness can be an issue upon arrival, she constantly kept our family's health in mind. She would proactively check in on us daily, offering thoughtful reminders about high-altitude travel, rest, and dietary precautions. No matter what problems we encountered or what needs we had, she responded immediately, patiently helped coordinate solutions, and provided attentive companionship throughout our stay.
Compared to other high-end hotels we've experienced, Dekyi Nancy's enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism truly stood out. Her service wasn't just a rigid, procedural interaction; it was genuine care and concern from the heart, making us, as visitors in a foreign land, feel a profound sense of warmth.
With excellent facilities, breathtaking views, and such warm and thoughtful service, our entire stay was impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to friends visiting Lhasa and feel fortunate to have met such an exceptional butler as Dekyi Nancy during our trip. Her meticulous care made our high-altitude journey comfortable and unforgettable.

The room is larger than many hotels in Lhasa and Vienna. It is spacious and bright! The sanitation is also very clean, which you can feel as soon as you enter the hall! And parking is super convenient. As soon as we asked for parking, the security staff very responsibly directed our car to the underground garage! The point is that the girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very efficient! Whenever you have any questions, call the front desk and they will respond positively! So for those of us who often travel and stay in hotels, there is a sharp contrast between one hotel and another in our minds! Very satisfied and worth staying!

The location is in Wanda in the eastern suburbs, it is very convenient to eat, drink and play. The front desk service of the hotel is very thoughtful, and any problems can be solved immediately. The hygiene is also very clean, the only small drawback is that the monitor is not easy to move. I hope the store can install the bracket later, and I will definitely come often! The breakfast buffet is very good, the usual e-sports hotel generally does not have breakfast, this is like!
Very satisfied with a stay experience!
The Tibetan style of the lobby is strong and very distinctive. The room is clean and the whole house intelligent system is very convenient. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Although the hotel is on the inside of the mall, the room is very quiet and it is very convenient to buy things and eat. Very good value for money, recommended!
