酒店在畢棚溝景區內,我們住的房型比較新,私人湯池很大。
之前看到許多評價指服務態度欠佳,但今次我們十分滿意,我們早上十時半左右到,已讓我們入住,工作人員即時用電瓶車送我們回房,並告知十一點就有專車送我們上「上海子」景區。
早餐是自助式,選擇颇多。
翌日一樣逢整點有專車送住客至景區,因可下午兩時才退房,再玩半天可回去稍作休息,之後酒店還派車送下山的停車場,轉坐已約好的旅行團大巴。
總之,除了高反外,今次畢棚溝之旅非常圓滿呢!

酒店在景區裏面，可以把車直接開進去，還送了景點門票。房間很舒服，有地暖，很舒服。温泉也很好，早餐很好吃。

説實話，我花了1500住一晚上，你最起碼還是要對得起這個價格嘛，洗澡的拖鞋你給我同邊腳，我有兩條腿，兩衹腳好吧！再有就是説早上8點早飯，我7點54分到的餐廳，那個架勢要把我攆出去的感覺，總體感覺一般，不值這個價格！！！

一進房間就發現衞生間有使用痕跡 打電話給前台全部佔線 因為是新修的樓的原因 環境很差 當時一進門看到衞生間的場景人都傻了

酒店地理位置很好，方便，外部環境也很美👍但從服務來説感覺就是一個國有企業招待所，所有人都很隨意，從前台到客房服務。我訂的2500的私湯房，晚上7點到11點都沒把水放滿，熱水水量太小，温度也不夠，打電話（房間電話是壞的，還是用自己手機打的）給前台，告訴我因為用的人太多，水量小正常，我告訴工作人員來幫我看看，我專門多花錢訂私湯用不起我肯定不能接受，她居然發出了那種無語的笑聲，確定不是自家開的招待所？敢這麼囂張？客房服務來了，同樣告訴我用的人太多，水小很正常，晚點會好些，從頭到尾一個抱歉都沒有。然後房間的暖氣也不好，客廳很冷，要穿羽絨服的那種冷，衹有卧室能呆….地暖按鈕和電話一樣，全是爛的，自己無法操作，工作人員來調了也沒用，真的讓人非常失望。房間設施也很老舊。

景區裏的酒店 各方面成本是要高一些 不能用城市裡同級別酒店的標準來要求它。這個房型 週末接近2000的價格也比較正常。
但是！但是由於我之前在景區，不小心踩進冰湖裡，而退房後就要開車離開，非常不方便，13:40從景區抵達酒店，於是我找到前台，希望回房間整理一下，退房的時間也許會超一點點。然而前台工作人員斬釘截鐵地説“不行，衹要超過2點，馬上按新的一天收費”。太氣了！毫無温度！

除了景區內的唯一酒店外，説實話一般般。中餐館也是味道真不咋滴。唯一優點就是在景區內，淡季的價格都賣出了5星級酒店的價格
