The room was small but comfortable. a big shower room and bathroom. The hotel is located in the heart of Lijiang Ancient city so is ideal for exploring this area.

This hotel is in the heart of the ancient village. Perfect location for those who want an authentic feel. The guy at the desk helped us to find where to go for Tiger Leaping Gorge and Snow Dragon Mountain. He also helped with getting the cart drivers to take our luggage to and from the main road.
The hotel room is very beautiful however it lacks proper cleaning. The person before us had obviously spilt pink milkshake or something on the table and carpet. When we entered the table had pink stuff stuck in all the crevasses and the carpet was horribly stained. They didn't clean the room properly and on one occasion completely forgot to clean our room. This was frustrating for us as we had been out everyday at 6am. Breakfast is served from 7am so we missed it except for the last day. It was OK.
If they pick up their hygiene, it could be a fabulous place.

The hotel was a short walk from old Dali, and the staff was very helpful. The view from the bathtub was astounding, and we would definitely consider going there again.

Experience was okay, friendly man at reception however rooms were poorly maintained and we had to move rooms and no air conditioner or windows for fresh air.

在攜程上看圖片評價都挺好的 結果到了一看 單獨小院沒有管家管我們 是小事 有事告訴電話聯繫 老闆還行態度挺好當天晚上諮詢的事也及時回答了 晚上問老闆有空調嗎他説壞了 有地暖 可暖和了是挺暖和（15.8度）比我們東北的冷樓還冷 第二天一早我們讓早餐頭九點送到我們九點半出發去景點結果打電話微信聯繫一會告訴馬上做完 十分鐘後告訴走半路了 （兩店距離7分鐘）再過十分鐘後告訴走一步灑了從新做了馬上到 九點四十了也沒到 而且到現在下午16.40了我景點都溜達回來了也沒有動靜 不知道怎麼想的

建築比較老，一樓還是受潮比較嚴重。感覺房間裝修裏有很多衞生死角打掃不乾淨。洗護都是歐舒丹倒是挺好的

國慶假期有幸訂到這家店的庭院，位置古城中心打開門就是柳樹下小橋流水非常的雅緻閑情鬧中取靜，還有屬於自己的小庭院兩個房間非常合適和朋友出行超級划算的兩個人住也非常閑情，在古城獨棟的店且住且珍惜了，這家的各方面用品都非常OK的洗護都是五星標準歐舒丹牌子，還有小姐姐茉莉也是非常熱情行李都是幫忙拿的都不用自己動手，小姐姐簡直就是百事通了衹要你問了問題都會給你解決安排得明明白白，真的熱情到我一個大男人都不好意思（毫不誇張）總之這幾天在古城是我覺得最滿意的沒有之一，滿分10分的話我給9.5吧0.5是我酒喝不過茉莉小姐姐（自稱麗江古城沒醉過）
