Comfortable hotel in a refurbished old castle on top of a hill. Comes with an onsen, including outdoor onsens. However, location was a bit inaccessible with no amenities nearby so taking a cab to the city was essential for food and groceries. Staff were also curt and not very friendly.

客觀評價一下，房間還是可以的，前台服務也沒什麼問題，主要是浴區，女浴服務員態度不好，叫半天沒反應，倆個服務員在聊天。關鍵你就在她對面，讓開櫃子她當聽不見。先得聊完天在回答你的問題。開個櫃門我叫了三遍。其次衞生，淋浴噴頭幾乎都是除了淋不到身上水，哪都能淋到，濺的到處都是，我最少換個4個淋浴，最後湊合用的，花灑噴頭堵成那。難道經理不檢查，不做計劃衞生嗎？不應該清洗噴頭嗎？你們領導不去女浴洗澡嗎？自己進去體驗一下吧。失職。

這個酒店温泉特別好，室內室外都有，位置也很好緊挨着王家大院，晚上夜景特別美！酒店用餐環境好味道不錯，蔬菜餅特別好吃有特色！下次再到山西一定還要來這家酒店！

環境：位置就是王家大院其中的一個堡，大過年的，望着對面密密麻麻的人頭，這邊悠然愜意，真的不要太享受了
設施：來之前停別人説台階多，還擔心行李，沒想到擔心完全是多餘的，一到停車場就有小哥幫忙指路説看進停車場可以上樓就去接待大廳，不想進停車場他們也可以叫電瓶車下來接行李，後來一直幫我們把行李送的房間
服務：大過年的，聽説房間都訂滿了，但是小哥幫我們把行李都送進房間，前台提前就給我們打掃好空出來的房間，辦理了入住，真的很感動

第一次來王家大院，選擇了崇寧堡温泉酒店，感覺真的是相當意外，訂的是四合院的土炕房間，如同住在王家大院一樣，房間的環境設施都很舒適乾淨，晚上還帶孩子泡了個温泉，孩子玩的很高興。早餐也很種類很多。一次非常喜歡的愉快的旅行住宿。

第二年在大院裏過年了，這次帶上了全家老小，真的很棒！温泉不大但是足夠了，室外可以眺望屋脊和遠方，洗盡鉛華！
