"After several days of travel, staying here was perfect for a hot spring soak to wash away the fatigue. The night view is absolutely stunning, and the architecture is just like the Wang Family Compound. You can even walk along the city wall, which is very pleasant. I slept incredibly well – the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was quiet, so I slept right through until morning. Waking up to the sound of birds was a lovely experience. No need to worry about meals; the in-house Chinese restaurant charges the same prices as outside establishments, and the service is warm. The Wang family started with tofu, and here you can enjoy authentic Wang Family tofu with a very unique flavor. For parking or taxis, head directly to the underground parking lot. You can ask the concierge to help with your luggage. Since it's an ancient building, elevators cannot be installed, so expect to use stairs."

"On the way back to Beijing, it's only a few minutes from the highway. It's a garden-style hotel very close to Wangjia Courtyard. It covers a large area. After dinner, I took a walk to the rockery and pond at the back (unfortunately, it has not been taken care of for a long time and has been abandoned). The hotel lobby is very grand, and the services at all levels are also very good. The guest rooms are very large. 5 points for service, environment and hygiene, and 4.5 points for facilities. I feel that it should be renovated. One of the screens is broken, the bathroom shower room has a bad floor drain and backflow, and the desk in the guest room lacks a desk lamp. The hotel is still very cost-effective. Maybe because it was built early, some facilities need to be replaced, otherwise it would be a pity for such a good hotel. As a 5-star hotel, there is no freshly ground coffee, and the breakfast is a bit simple. I praise the front desk service for extending my check-out time. The restaurant waiter service is also very good."
