This hotel exceeded my expectations; I was very satisfied. The butler and front desk staff provided excellent service, and the hot springs were incredibly comfortable and private. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! I ordered takeout, and the delivery driver left it by the elevator. Since my room was a bit far from the elevator, the butler even brought it directly to my door. So thoughtful!

We originally booked an elegant standard room. I'd heard great things about the hotel's private hot spring rooms, and luckily there was a promotion when we arrived, so we upgraded to a hot spring room for a small extra charge.
