Tower Suites by Blue Orchid

The hotel is in a convenient location, with the underground located just outside. The room was spacious and clean, and there were numerous amenities available, including a sink in your very room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, would definitely come back here to stay in the future.

Booked for friends and family. I also visited them while they stayed at hotel.

Lots of noice!! You can hear all the neighbours. Above and below … very annoying to sleep.. also the AC was switching off after 10 seconds

Location of this hotel is good and closed to the tower bridge only 3minute for walking. However, room cleaning condition was not good, especially floor cleaning condition. I think that floor sweeping was not carried out for days I stayed.

The bedding was unclean, with a lot of dirt like eraser crumbs. The front desk demanded us to pay for an upgrade (£60 for an extra bed) because hotel policy doesn’t allow our child to stay in the room we originally booked. While I respect their policy, the bed I paid for was completely unacceptable—it was so soft that none of us even the kid could sleep on it. The shower temperature fluctuated, turning boiling hot every 10 seconds, which made it very uncomfortable to use. I seriously want to check out at midnight.

Average booking. We spent an important milestone here, informed them prior to booking. No verbal acknowledgement by staff upon check in. Just a small card in the room, appreciated, but expect more for the price. Staff weren’t very friendly aside from a small handful. The cleanliness of the room was good especially the bathroom, but the dishwasher absolutely stunk, anybody who had opened it prior to the booking would have been able to tell, indicating to me this wasn’t checked before. The room we stayed in was right next to the train tracks which were so loud in the early hours of the morning. Literally waking you up every 30 mins, especially if the window is open. The view was absolutely terrible. Our room was on the third floor allegedly supposing to have city views. Just a view of platform 9 and 3/4s honestly. Have much worse words to use to describe it but can’t use it here. If the room was half the price I paid I would be okay, not impressed, but okay, but for the money spent I expected more.
