We stayed at the Marriott County Hall just before the Easter weekend and had the most amazing stay! The hotel was perfect for us, it was clean, in a great location and staff were so so helpful! Every member of staff we spoke to made us feel so welcome. The bedrooms are well designed with plenty of space. The bathroom was perfect and we really liked the Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom. We loved every minute of our stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more! I really hope to return again in the future!!

In the very center of London, there should be no other hotel in this price range that can compare to this location. It is a ten-minute walk to Chinatown and a twenty-minute walk to Buckingham Palace. The ordinary rooms are small but clean and tidy. The minibar is free and the service is regular. In terms of quality, I will choose here again next time I live in London.

I took my mum for a treat over the weekend just gone and I can honestly say it is the best hotel ever! With the most amazing and loviest staff ever! They will do absolutely anything to make sure you have the most amazing stay and nothing is to much to ask of them, they go above and beyond for you and they made are stay absolutely perfect! I am very satisfied with my stay in London this time. The price is not expensive and the location is excellent. Buckingham Palace is right outside the door. We happened to see the changing of the guard ceremony. It didn't take long to walk to the lively Regent Street, which was very satisfying. The room is also very new and fully equipped with slippers, shower caps and cotton swabs. There is plenty of water supply. I like their tea bags very much. After turning on the bed, there are chocolates. Breakfast is also semi-buffet style and tastes good. I like the smoked salmon. The price is very reasonable for Greater London on weekends and I will come again.

Had afternoon tea for my birthday with my son, the staff Avataar and Fransseca were wonderful they went out of their day way to serve us. Extra sandwiches were on offer if we wanted more. They were so knowledgeable about the teas and even come round with a birthday card with cake and candle for my birthday. What a wonderful gesture. There was also a pianist playing in the centre of the room which was very delightful. On our way out I managed to get a photo with Sean who we have regularly watched on the Savoy on ITV. What a wonderful friendly chap. What a memorable day.

Good location, right next to Trafalgar Square, next to Tesco express and Macdonald. The hotel room is also large. Friendly service, you can order Chinese food with just eat. The room has a microwave. Hygiene is average, seems gray, and the bathroom has a slight odor. There is no own parking lot. There is a cooperative parking lot on the other side of the square. You can park temporarily at the door and drop your luggage before going to the parking lot. Parking is 44 pounds a day and about 37 pounds with a hotel coupon. There are actually two hotels here, one is grand and the other is cq. I booked grand but lived in Cq. I do n’t know how to arrange it. When the hotel is not busy, it is sold at 7-800, and the price is good. After all, it is close to the Thames and other attractions.

The Dilly was probably amazing in the 1980's and 1990's but not much has been updated since then! We stayed in a Dilly Classic room which was perfectly fine, a good size, clean with strong Wifi. The shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water. I know some people on this site weren't impressed by the breakfast but I thought it was great. Obviously, the location is fabulous. However, I didn't feel the room was up to five-star standard. The coffee was instant and the milk small UHT cartons. There was no fridge or mini-bar (though we were in the 'cheapest' room so may be different elsewhere). The toiletries were cheap and basic (so bring your own), there was no plug by the bed to charge devices overnight and no Blu-tooth speaker which seems to be a given now in higher-end hotels. The style of the room itself was quite dated including the landline next to the toilet which I'm sure was incredibly cool in 1986 :) Overall, if this was a three-or-four-star hotel I'd give it full marks, but as it's a five-star, (and more importantly charging five-star prices), it's lacking in some areas. I believe the hotel is currently 'between owners' which makes sense, as I guess the current owners don't want to invest and are ticking along until the new ones take over. It's not dreadful by any means, but they charge a lot for what you get.

W/End away in London. We were looking for a hotel close to the river Thames & St. Catherine’s Docks inc. Tower Bridge & St. Paul’s Cathedral. Eventually we found the Clubquaters Hotel in St. Paul’s. which was was spot on for location. The hotel was superb, great facilities, inc. a gym. the room was lovely, Reception staff were very helpful. Just off the Reception is a direct link door to the superb Cotes Restaurant, so we could start our day off with a great Full English Breakfast. Yum…Yum it was spot on! The location of the hotel is superb….St. Paul’s Cathedral right next door…a Bell Ring away….the River Thames including the famous Millennium Bridge, a short walk away. Close to St. Paul’s Underground along with city bus stops and numerous extremely convenient shops., couldn’t fault it. Spot on!

Truly an experience. My wife and I brought my mom to London for her 80th birthday, as afternoon tea at The Ritz was still on her bucket list. She had no idea I booked our stay there as well, and the Rolls Royce pickup from the airport. The hotel itself is what you expect, the Luis XVI style common areas and rooms are beautiful, but what really makes the place memorable, are the people. From our first contact with Johan, and our check in with Giacomo, Gavin, Roberto everyone was fantastic throughout our stay. The amount of time that the folks at reception are willing to spend just chatting and sharing stories with you is something you just don't find elsewhere. Many thoughtful interactions with my mom as the whole place seemed to know her big birthday was coming up. It was the experience of a lifetime. Thank you everyone at the Ritz for making it happen.

Very satisfied with a hotel, worthy of this price. When I made a mistake at the time of booking, I saw that the room information showed that the facilities for the disabled were provided, and I didn’t think about it. I found that it was a special room for the disabled. It was really embarrassing. . . Before the check-in, the hotel contacted me via Ctrip and asked me about my check-in time. My answer may arrive at noon, which will be far earlier than the hotel's check-in time. The reply will be arranged according to the situation on the day. On the day of the check-in, we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 and they were all ready. Thank you very much! The hotel was originally remodeled by the bank and opened only last year, new and atmospheric. There are seven or eight restaurants in the hotel lobby, and the taste is comprehensive. Geographically, it is located in the downtown area, walking close to the hotels around the Thames, and next to the subway station. The decor of the room is completely classic British style, the details are carefully polished, very special and very like. There are no less than 20 kinds of bath products, which is extremely luxurious. I saw a comment on the book saying that the sound of the music downstairs was noisy, but the actual experience was completely unrecognizable. The sound insulation of the window was well done. The sound of the door next door was noisy. This may be the only fly in the ointment.

What you should know if you decide to go to this location: 1. If you plan to stay for more than three days, upgrade to Premier Plus. 2. Add breakfast to your stay. 3. Purchase tissues, toilet paper, and other such necessities at the local Boots store before your first night. You won't find tissue in your room. You can get all the toilet paper you want if you ask, however. But they are small rolls and don't last long. 4. Bring hooks, over the door perhaps, and suction hooks for mirrors. 5. Wifi is subpar. Don't pay. It is supposed to come with Premium Plus, but it doesn't work, and it certainly doesn't work on three devices as advertised. Just go with free and suffer through. 6. Restaurants in the area are great, especially the sushi one (make a reservation). Several restaurants are in the County Hall building.

The carpet in the corridor was bit old however the room is good. No night Gowun and slipper. Only one toothbrush for two occupancy. The reecipetion staff was rude but later the senior staff was kind enough and gave us all the information about the hotel ecological system like if u be more green like using the towel and not cleaning up the room for 3 night they give a bottle of.wine or points for the resutrants. Oh btw there was a fire alarm out of blue and that freaked us but later turns out that was a technical issue. Above all it was good stay at the end.

The 3-tier American sharing plate at Primo Bar is pretty good and with good wine in the house. Pity that housekeeping doesn't take pride in their work. After housekeeping services, found my clothes strewn on the floor and used towels thrown into the bathtub. Bed was hastily made up most times.

Very convenient. 5-7 min walk to 2 tube stations (Waterloo and Lambert North) and 2-3 min walk to bus stops. Room was clean, just that toilet had no shelf to put things. Wardrobe rung runs perpendicular to its door rather than parallel, so clothes had to be hung behind one another and it was rather troublesome to take clothes out.
