Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection

Beautiful resort with excellent service. Great access to the beach Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We ate at three of the restaurants and the food was excellent. The Mexican wine tasting was great. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and the food pairing was enough for a meal. The couples massage experience at the Spa was first class.

We come to Cabo a couple times a year and have been to many resorts Esperanza is 10 out 10 and will be somewhere we look forward to returning too. From the breathtaking views, great amenities, personalized service ( Sebastian our concierge was amazing and everyone we came in contact with always greeted us by name and eagerly looking to take care of our every need) and the food on property was delicious couldn’t go wrong at any restaurant. We are in love and so sad to leave can’t wait for our next visit!

The resort, facility, and accommodations were all incredible. The hospitality of the staff from beginning to end was outstanding. Thank you! We were part of the Myers/Nypen wedding, so there were numerous times that we were made to feel extremely special. Additionally, any time we needed anything from concierge, room service, etc. they were extremely helpful and polite. This resort and experience was incredible. We LOVED being greeted with margaritas and a welcome packet. The Bell team was extremely helpful with bags to the room, etc. The room and view were gorgeous. Really appreciate the nice touches of candles lit, little goodies, etc. And when we needed more of anything, they were very helpful. We loved having breakfast on the open patio at Cocina Del Mar. There were some GREAT options on the breakfast buffet, like quesadillas, sopes, and chilaquiles. Chicken quesadilla from in-room dining was amazing. I want one right now. Guacamole at all venues was also incredible.

Great resort. We wanted for nothing and the staff were wonderful. Great facilities with pickleball courts, tennis courts, great gym and spa etc. The gardens were beautifully maintained and so many swimming pools around the property, we were spoilt for choice. Lovely food choices and ambience. I have nothing negative I could write here at all.

The resort is one of the most extraordinary in Cabo San Lucas. The resident villas are very beautiful, well maintained, and have expansive ocean views. We have stayed multiple times and the service remains consistently extraordinary. All the employees are courteous and accommodating, but the butler service of Edgar is unparalleled. On top of the expected car rental and reservation assistance, he has saved us when having a late-night flat tire, and he is always anticipating anything we could need. Edgar makes magic happen, and it's this service that keeps us returning to Esperanza. .. that and those villas!

My husband and I just returned from Esperanza where we spent 5 amazing nights. This place is expensive AND never did I feel like it was anything but money really well spent. Our personal casita concierge, Jorge was amazing. He thought of things before we did and he reminded us about reservations, tips of things to do etc. The food everywhere was really well done and delicious. The pool waiters are amazing. The views are spectacular, the rooms are lovely and their covid protocols made us feel super safe. They could not have made this trip any better and we are so happy to have found this property. We will be back!
