Location almost 20 minutes walking from Kaaba
Clean of the hotel is acceptable, however there are some flys in the room.

We had a reservation for five people and we got a room with four beds so 1 person had to sleep on the floor. We asked on the reception, they told us that now we have to wait until the check out time tomorrow and the room will be changed but even after that it was not changed. The room was too small in size even for four persons because there was no space for luggage neither for saying prayer.

Relatively close to the masjid, great service.
The front desk also speak English fluently. So, it is a plus. The room is big and clean. The only one thing bothered me which is the key card sometimes doesn't work. I don't know why. But the front desk is a great help.

Very tiny and shabby rooms, bathrooms are so untidy and dirty .. however walkable distance from Haram..
