Everything was great except the pool was down for maintenence which i didnt know upon booking. Had to walk to the hotel next door to use theirs.

The hotel is really old and the rooms are dirty and worn. We had two rooms for a large gathering and noone wanted to sit on the couches they were so dirty looking. The bathroom was not clean. It's in a terrible location. I thought I was booking in another location but did it wrong, I wouldn't make that mistake again.
The pool was not open and my kids were so disappointed. They said we could walk through the parking lot to another hotel and use that one, which was small and terrible and we decided to skip that.
The front desk staff was very nice though.

I really liked how spacious my room was. It was like a little mini apar**ent. I also liked how it was stocked with cups, silverware, a pot and a pan.

The entire building inside and outside smelled of nicotine and marjijauna- the pool
Was freezing- shower leaked- carpets were dirty- surfaces, walls, baseboards etc havn’t been cleaned in s while if at all- after the day shift person leaves at 5 no one is at the desk or answers the phone

The experience was super, everything was clean, the employees were super friendly and very attentive. The pool, even though it was so cold, was warm,There are several places to eat nearby.

When we arrived they had to switch our bed from a king to a queen due to an issue and that would be my only complaint. They gave us cookies to compensate lol. The room was goregous, breakfast was great and the pool and gym were really nice. Definitely coming back hopefully we get the right bed
