Really nice! I loved how you can have your own space by closing the curtain. The beds didn't make any noise or movements when you climb into the upper bed. Maybe a small improvement: sign for where the reception/checkin is or some arrows. Overall had a nice stay, very cozy place and clean and good working services

First, the hotel is just outside the station- less than 2 minutes walk. second, the entry into the hotel is as seen in the pix. little walk through and people sitting and enjoying the silence. lobby is friendly and welcoming. there is restaurant inside with lively TV/music. receptionists are welcoming and checkin was fast. nice corridors on the 2nd floor and the room for three was spacious. a sofa cum bed was comfortable. window overlooking the parking lot. gives privacy. from the hotel one can take a metro ticket 5.20 euros for 24 hours and go anywhere. the breakfast is part in restaurant and outdoors - the latter is heavenly. little fruit and vegetable plants. very good fair- detox water, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice you can make for self,...good for vegetarians too. would recommend to everyone. only positives for this hotel and it is well priced. in night one can jsut sit in open and enjoy the silence. Go for it.

A pleasant stay Except that on the site it was marked ibis style 3 stars at the arrival it is a simple ibis hotel and 2 stars Breakfast very limited bathroom washing But the very nice staff

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at the beginning of August 2021 and everything was just fine. Rooms was relatively large and clean , staff very friendly and politely and breakfast was good. The hotel is well positioned - only 300 meters far away from the port. From the street the hotel is not quite impressive but overall is a true bargain - cheap, clean and well placed.1 Rooms are exactly like in pictures and the elevator ... well... is unique.

The walls of the balcony loggia are mossi.... the rolled body guards.Inside the plate the naked electric wires and mossi mossi ...... How can you rent such studios in this state ??? This has never been seen ..... Opening of the gateway defect you need to walk out to access the digicode to open the door .... There is a state information and a procedure on the dispute, but only once you are on site NOT on the site..... Happy*****t that staff reception is nice and effective otherwise FUIR ....... However, large chain with apartments in the world so average financial to restore ...

Had my second stay here, this time in a lovely top floor room with views out across the city towards Notre Dame. Huge LG TV, lovely Nuxe toiletries, monsoon shower, and excellent housekeeping - everything spotless. Good North-African themed tapas in the hotel restaurant, and the guy in charge there was particularly helpful/friendly, recommending which bits of the city had good street art when I mentioned that was one of the main reasons I came to M****ille (Cours Julien fyi, which also has some fab cafes and vintage shops). My only gripe was the handling of the bill (as follows). My debit card was pre-authorised on arrival (and in excess of the actual cost of the room, but I assumed this to be an additional security deposit or similar, do didn't really feel too concerned at the time). When it came to checkout, it was agreed that we would let the pre-authorised amount stand, and I would be refunded the difference between that and the actual, final bill. However, when I checked my bank balance 3 days later I was shocked to find that I'd been billed for the full amount again, and the pre-authorised amount had not been released - so essentially I'd been charged twice (or twice and a bit, when you allow for the fact the first billing was an over-estimate anyway). This follows on from a cancelled pre-paid booking the previous year (due to Covid restrictions) that was supposed to be fully refundable, which I also really struggled to get back (it was eventually repaid but quite belatedly). So, I'm not saying don't stay here, because it is a really nice hotel in a very vibrant area (lots of cafes with fab Oriental pastries, markets etc) but you will really need to be on top of the financial side of things to ensure you aren't left out of pocket.

Although our stay was fine, we had a very bad experience. My brother-in-law forgot his tablet in his room. He had left it on the floor near the wall and in the morning upon drawing the curtains open the tablet was hidden behind so he didn't see it. Arriving in our next hotel destination (Villeneuve-Loubet) he realized the tablet was left in Toyoko-Inn. He immediately called the hotel and the security guy told him no tablet was found. He went to personally check the room that happened to be empty as no guest was in that room that night. He then told my brother-in-law he didn't find anything. We called the hotel again the following day and we got the same answer. We sent an e-mail to the hotel manager only to get the same answer. Since there was no other guest in that room it seems that only people from the hotel entered it. We can not believe a tablet can vanish without a human intervention so we suspect that somebody from the hotel found it but didn't deliver it to the reception. This matter ruined the remaining days of our vacation and left a bitter taste in our mouths. I sent a complaint to the Tourism Office in M****illes but they couldn't answer me as they are on public holidays! So, if you stay in that hotel double and triple check your room before you leave because if something valuable is forgotten it's more than certain it won't be recovered or compensated.

The sanitation of the room is OK, but the service is not good. We arrived very late, there was no one to guide us, and we walked for a long time. The room number is in another area, and the gate is so high. In the dead of night, I feel a little like I can't go back. Each area of ​​this hotel is separated by high gates. The next morning I got up and wanted to go out. I don’t know how to open the door. No one in the hotel told me. I used to like to live in the Intercontinental. Now that I look at it, the InterContinental seems too old in every way. Also the bed is too high for Europeans.

My partner and I are staying in this hotel tonight (17Sep) The good. New hotel, feels clean and fresh. Nice airy lobby / reception area. Small pool but clean and inviting. Really friendly staff, I’ve asked for slippers and bucket of ice, delivered to our room within minutes with a smile. Thank you🌸 Underground car park, very convenient, but expensive. Bad: Our room ( no 814) has a very strange layout. The bathroom is “split” in half. Toilet is located separately by the door and the other “part of the bathroom” sink and shower is located on the other side of the room. Separate toilet has NO sink, so every time we use toilet we have to walk to the other side of the room to wash hands - unpractical, illogical and dead annoying. Very limited room service menu, very few dishes, no wine, no champi. The area - really dirty, rubbish on the street, noise from nearby apartment blocks. All in all - okay’ish for 1-2 nights not longer.

The hotel is very good quality/price for this apartment well located near the station, but also the old port and the old town of M****ille. We stayed there in couple for a week. The room with kitchenette is pleasant, The small balcony was one more. The staff was friendly and helpful. Note: Breakfast (15€/person) quite expensive; only one cym in the cart (a little straight), the mattress slightly stitched on one side.
