We had a fantastic stay here in early Sept. Close enough to shops and restaurants for a quick walk, but far enough away to have the best nights of sleep we had during our entire stay in Greece. The Aeolis is family run and it shows in the attention to detail and availability to help with everything from restaurants to car rentals to advice on local sites and tours. Simply the best and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is small, but a quaint Greek hotel - but had everything we needed for our stay. It is extremely close to the centre of Adamas - bakery is close, restaurants, bars, seafront, the port and taxi stands which was great. The room was very large - nice beds, a mini kitchen with sink, coffee/tea facilities, a fridge, etc. There was a little table, a dressing table and an outside table for the balcony which also had a washing line which proved very useful. The bathroom was in need of a deeper clean and revamp, as it looked a bit tired. There were shower amenities, laundry bags, a safe, and most importantly AC. The staff was very helpful in giving us tips about the island, booking taxis, giving us beach towels and keeping our bags before the check in. It was mostly quiet throughout the night and we were able to get good nights sleep. We had a wonderful stay in Milos and in Aeolis hotel.

This hotel exceeded me and my friends expectations. The hotel was a lot closer to downtown than we thought. Only about 2-3 blocks within 5 minutes to get to plenty of shops and restaurants. The port was about a 10-15 minute walk and was easy to get to by foot. Room was very spacious which was nice so all of our luggage could be spread out, super clean, had a fridge and a balcony. The staff was overly gracious. Had a super warm welcome when checking in late. Front staff helped us bring our bags to the second floor and even offered to change our room because my friend sprained her ankle at an earlier island. They also were more then helpful when asking for recommendations and calling taxis. Checking out was great. Our ferry was coming later in the day so they offered to have us go to their sister hotel to use the pool. Pool was amazing and only a 5 minute drive from this hotel. Highly recommend and would stay again if going to Milos.

My wife and myself are coming to the end of a most enjoyable 4 night stay at the 12 room Family-run Aeolis Hotel which is located on the outskirts of Adamas - some 700 yards away from the busy Port which is not only the Island’s Ferry hub but location of the Bus Terminal. With the Hotel being so close to the Port we choose to walk with our cases on arrival from Naxos but - particularly as we arrived at night - this proved challenging! No matter, we got there in the end and received a warm welcome. Not only that but we were quickly checked in and shown to our spacious Double room which had a nice en-suite bathroom and large balcony. From the latter it is just possible to see the sea but - believe it or not - when the property was built 22 years ago it had an unobtructed view of the sea! The Hotel is very well run by George and his mother who couldn’t have been more welcoming. One big tip they gave us was the location of Barco Tavern (200 yards away as the crow flies) where we enjoyed several delicious traditional Greek dinners. Also on the food front - and with the exception of the first morning (you need to submit your order the previous evening) we availed ourselves of the Hotel’s generous Continental Breakfast. You can have this on a tray in your room although we opted to have ours in the very pleasant ground floor dining area. All in all, and as already mentioned, it has been a most enjoyable stay - one we should gladly repeat should there be a future opportunity to do so.

Love this little hotel (11 rooms) Most of the other reviews cover the highlights Good location, plenty of parking, artemis bakery 2-3 min away. The wifi was adequate. Plenty of hot water. Reasonable price. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job—she found every speck of sand i left in the room (i’m sorry for the mess!) But the reason why i love this hotel is because of the staff. They were kind. They let me check in early without a hassle. When flights and ferries were cancelled due to winds they welcomed us back with open arms at a—wait for it—lower rate than I originally paid. They could have gouged us and taken advantage but didn’t. They were also kind to the homeless cats who live in the vicinity which says a lot about who they are. Love this little gem of a hotel. I hope you will support them.

A smart, clean, friendly, family-run budget hotel on the outskirts of the town with a very quiet aspect yet only a flat 5 minute walk from the harbour and commercial centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was of a good size with good air con, comfortable twin beds, a large balcony, good shower, fridge and basic kitchen facilities. We didn't try the optional breakfasts or take advantage of the ample car parking facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the management who happily supplied us with bottled water all week at supermarket prices. Unless you insist upon a sea view or more on-site facilities this hotel offers unbeatable value for money.

Staff was exceptionally helpful . Rooms were spotless and super comfortable. Had great balcony where they supplied drying rack and clothespins. We had to advise them that we did not need fresh towels everyday. Hotel was close to town with restaurants and shopping. Coffee shop/bakery 2 blocks away. Would definitely stay here again.

I randomly picked this hotel and I was impressed. Nice spacious and clean room. The shower is not that big but then again this is mostly the case in Europe. I chose to have breakfast included which was wonderful. You have plenty and a nice variety. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Location for us was ideal, close to the port, shops and restaurants. As for beach not that close unless you have a car.
