漠河最好最大的了，就是這個洗澡區域堵了不下水。衹能如圖洗澡，不然水淹上來很噁心，存在安全隱患

來漠河遊住金馬飯店住二晚，體驗感非常差。
第一，住二晚基本沒有睡好，早上5點多漠河的強烈太陽光照進房間讓人無法入睡，第一天早上以為自己沒把簾子拉好，想到晚上睡時定要把簾子拉好，可是到晚上怎麼拉都不行，原來簾子小了，當時己晚上十點左右就沒想去前台反應，想忍忍就算了，沒想到待早上去吃早飯跟前台説，前台回答我的你住了二天了你為什麼現在才説呢？這讓我無語，看來下次住酒店有什麼不行不管是半夜也要反應，否則吃虧是自己。
第二，沒退房服務員不敲門就直接開門進，讓人很尷尬。
第三，中午下去中歺廳點歺吃飯，歺廳服務員説我們不提供點菜，我説哪吃碗麪或餃子也行，服務員説也不行，因為我們接了有婚宴和會議歺。天啊你接這些業務就把住酒店客人丟一邊，我花了一千多元住二晚，吃午飯權力都不給，服務員還建議我去菜市場哪吃餃子或麪。這是什麼酒店啊！我去前台反應，前台説會給結果並回復，直到現在我準備登機離漠河也沒有接到任何訊息！！
金馬飯店可以説是漠河最貴的酒店，就這樣待客的？？？

裝修應該有些年頭了，衞生狀況還是有可以改進的地方。
房間非常大，從硬件也説應該是漠河最好的酒店了吧。
因為衹入住了一晚，服務沒怎麼感受到。

明明訂了套房，還備註了加床。結果到了酒店被告知無法加床，可以再開一間房，對二胎家庭不友好。如果無法加床為什麼接單的時候不事先告知呢？最後爸爸在地上打了一夜地鋪
