Dont usually write reviews but I hate it when you look at the revirews and its all about the animation team and not about the rest of the hotel or holiday so here's my honest review. Arrived at hotel just before lunch after a longer transfer than anticipated, TUI say its 45 mins but its more like 80-90. Hotel had just opened so our room was ready. On first impressions it was clean, spacious, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom, seperate toilet and 2 fitted wardrobes. On opening doors to balcony(ground floor) we realised it was tiny, we thought because we asked for ground floor,it would be a terrace and not a fenced in balcony. Bear in mind that some rooms here have no balcony at all so make sure if you want one you ask when you book. We were between 2 swim up pool rooms so went straight to reception to ask if thete wete any upgrades to a swim up room available, luckily there was snd we were even more lucky to get it for only €70 thanks to the wonderful staff on reception. This room was exactly the same as our original but with a shared swim up pool and loungers on the grass area in fro t of it which suited us much better. Bear in mind, these pools are NOT heated so are very cold early season, im sure they'll be lovely once it hits july/august. Room was clean with safe, fridge with bottled water snd kettle, coffee and tea making facilities. Fixtures and fittings seemed old and worn but didnt bother us. Air con wasnt the greatest but heat easnt too unbearable, maybe different in the height of summer. Food was in my opinion some of the best food I've had on an AI holiday, considering there are many nationalities at this hotel the selection and quality I feel is amazing. Always lots of different meats, fish, lovely tunisian stews as well as pasta, pizza, wide range of salad bar, meats, cheeses, lovely freshly cooked flat breads every day and ive never had desserts on an AI like it! Usualy they look amazing but tast of nothing but OMG theses desserts were just amazing and full of flavour, cheesecake, cocolate cake, even lemon meringue! Ice cream and fresh fruit(strawberries, melon, oranges)also available at every lunch and dinner. Drinks not great to be honest, very limited selection, diet coke, coke, fanta sprite out of bottles, gin ,vodka, rum, sickly cocktails, wine barely drinkable, wish I'd boyght something in duty free. Asked the barman in the wonderbar for amaretto, none available but he got me some after a couple of days bless him. Orange and lemon juice at breakfast not great, coffee, tea and hot chocolate available. Snack bar at beach,ok, chicken nugets, burgers, wraps and chips, not massive selection, restaurant was way better. Never used the A la carte but heard it was good. Cakes and cookies available 4_5 at the quiet pool bar. Beach looked beautiful, white sands and turquoise water but not very big or wide. Sea was quite choppy when we were there so didn't go in. This hotel is, I think, party rented out to the International Tennis Federation as there are a
