The location near Moosach train station offers excellent connections to S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram, and bus lines. There are also good shopping options for daily necessities nearby.
The room itself, which was otherwise quite nice, had ventilation issues in the bathroom (shower/toilet). The hot water pressure in the shower was unfortunately weak. We also couldn't get the air conditioning/heating to work effectively. We brought this to their attention multiple times, but it seemed impossible to fix quickly. We also had some unwanted guests in the bathroom (silverfish). As for the breakfast buffet (see pictures), it was unusual to see sausages and bacon in pans, which meant they weren't really warm. We also missed having salmon at breakfast.
The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel's location is super convenient, situated at the intersection of two subway lines. One line goes directly to the airport (though it seems to be under maintenance recently), and the other, along with a bus route, provides direct access to the city center, including the train station and attractions like the BMW Museum, Munich Residenz, and Marienplatz.
The breakfast was delicious, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming, exceeding our expectations for a travel accommodation experience. If I ever come back to Munich, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!
It was a lovely hotel near to Olympia Park - it was quite a distance from Oktoberfest though, where I wanted to visit. There's not much around Olympia Park and I didn't find it easy to use the public transport, so I walked around 7km each visit.
I was very happy with the room, it was comfortable and quiet
At this hotel, I had trouble using the induction hob because I wasn't familiar with its operation. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and even though it was late and I couldn't cook on the first night, they were very proactive in helping me communicate with the hotel staff. The next day, the hotel staff came and tested it, confirming it was working, and even wrote down the operating instructions for us. I'm really grateful to both Trip.com and the hotel staff. This hotel is very close to the subway, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The room is spacious, and we had no problem opening up two 28-inch suitcases. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and even includes seasonings.
Good location, room is clean, service is fine, wifi was not so clear and it has issues.
Not so easy to reach to the reception, you will need to physically go to them to report something.
Please do seriously consider to provide air dryer for use, it's essential item for most ladies, it will be very much appreciated.
It would be great to provide floor tower/mat.
Check-in & check-out are smooth, no issue. Traffic noise for main road facing room is reasonable.
Apartment unit is just nice for 2 persons.
The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the front desk was always happy to help with any issues. We were also able to store our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient.
The breakfast menu was a bit repetitive and perhaps a little overpriced, but it was a good option for a quick meal when we first arrived.
Having a microwave in the room was a great perk and super convenient.
My only minor complaint would be about the bed sheets. After a few nights, they started pilling, and I had to put an extra blanket over them to sleep comfortably.
The area around the hotel felt very safe and pleasant. A shopping street with fast-food restaurants and a large supermarket was just a 5-10 minute walk away, which was really handy. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center.
We enjoyed our single night stay here. It was easy to find despite arriving in Munich after dark. The room was clean,, cosy, comfortable and functional. The hotel has various eating places around it so finding food was not an issue. Parking at the hotel was safe with underground car park provided at eur17. The breakfast served was satisfying.
I highly recommend this hotel to travellers who are looking for value for money short term accomodation.
As always, a good room with good amenities. Friendly hotel staff. Garage parking was good, but at €12 it wasn't exactly cheap. The dust bunnies under the bed really need to go. Otherwise, everything was clean.
The hotel's location is fantastic. You can get to the city center very quickly by subway.
