The staff are very helpful and so kind, we are so grateful they helped us a lot. Perfectly hot water. Toilet with bidet is a plus. comfy room and there is window sitting zone. Comfy bed, clean, spacious room. Nice location, walking distance there's of food, malls, coffee shops. Minus - it's cold in the room, its around 0-6'C when we stayed and hotel lend us extra heater. And it will ne better if they had a lighting above the mirror. Overall, We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Locates at a strategic places. Easy to connect to anywhere because near to metro station (Exit 24). The hotel staff provides excellent and warm service. Me and my friends also get a free upgraded room! Very recommend for those who come to visit NanJing!

The view was fantastic. The room was small but practical. They did not have on-site laundry, which was not helpful since my group is moving from city to city.

Encountered by fate, this is a great hotel that I can highly recommend! Go boldly! The first is the geographical location. It is less than ten minutes’ walk from Daxinggong Metro Station (Lines 2 and 3). Next to it is the Presidential Palace. It is very convenient and quick to go to most attractions! It is surrounded by residential areas, just like at home. There are many shops downstairs, but I was in a hurry and didn't have time to taste them. I am so lucky to find a quiet place in the busy city! Secondly, the hotel is clean. It is guaranteed to be neat and clean every day. It will be cleaned during the extended stay without any special instructions, and no personal belongings will be touched. The public areas are also clean. It rained on the day of check-in and the day of departure, but the hotel The lobby is clean and refreshing! Finally, I would like to express my special thanks to the uncle at the front desk! He was considerate and enthusiastic. He helped me carry my suitcase and lent me a charging cable. I couldn’t extend my stay because my card was not swiped correctly. My uncle even sat on the edge of the stairs at around 11 o’clock in the evening and waited for me to come back. He also had strict requirements when I met him when I returned to the hotel on the night of check-in. The boy who accompanied the girl into the store without permission showed his ID card, which really made him feel safer! The aunt and the lady at the front desk during the day are also very friendly! This was my first time traveling alone for the sake of traveling. It was a very pleasant and unforgettable trip to Nanjing! Haha, the hotel is so good that I don’t want to leave. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to come to Nanjing in the future! ❤️

Honestly, a bit surprised that this hotel is literally in the city center with such a nice price. It's close to bus stops and subway stations, just follow the map and you will be fine. Extra tip: kinda close to Nanjing Uni, so def you need to check if you like pretty street. The service was nice in the receptionist, initially had a tiny issue bcs they didnt speak english but they quickly used translation app, and one of them was always smiling while helping me, such a nice gesture. They gave me room exactly like I wanted, it's also clean, no smell of cigarette, the toilet and shower are also separated, so you won't deal with wet floor on and on. I read that many travellers were having issue with the toilet, but for me, no issue at all. The cleaning ladies were also quite meticulous imo while cleaning my room. The food was ok, it's chinese-style so probably not for everyone, the variety was also ok.

The view was amazing. Breakfast was also very good. It had all the amenities you could ask for inside the room. Location was right in the middle of everything. It was a little hard to find using maps with English. Start from Hey Tea next to the Lego store and then walk to the parking lot across the pedestrian path. From there enter the revolving door and go the elevator on your right (but not the furthest right). Input the 43rd floor to reach the lobby and check in.

This is my second time booking a Campanile hotel during my trip and this experience was even better than I could imagine. Got a free upgrade when I arrived very thoughtful from the hotel ! Room was spacious and all facilities were amazing ! Hotel was well situated. Near Xinjiekou station (10 min away), shopping center and food. Even though staff at reception did not speak English they were always friendly and kind to answer to all my questions. I will be coming back to this hotel for sure !

Because the hygiene of Orange Hotel was too poor, I stayed there for one night and moved to Mercure the next morning. From the first day of room check-in, I began to feel the attentiveness of Mercure people. Everything was very thoughtful and meticulous: snacks, fruits, drinks, masks, etc. were placed at the water bar in the lobby; the breakfast was rich in variety and the products were also good. We changed some dishes every day for three days; the laundry room was not big but clean and tidy, and cleaning supplies were well prepared; the gym was bright and tidy, with treadmills, dumbbells, yoga mats, yoga balls, as well as clean towels and mineral water; the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and there were free drinks in the small refrigerator, as well as drip coffee and tea bags. The staff I met were very enthusiastic, and the experience of staying was really good. My family praised it. Although Nanjing gave us a very general impression, Mercure is definitely worth recommending. If I come to Nanjing again next time, I will continue to stay here.
