Excellent hotel with excellent location . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips . Check in was smooth and the room was as expected. The room was comfortable and the room service was punctual. Overall, the location of the hotel is ideal if you want to be somewhere in Central Delhi.

Big and good but old! Friendly and respectful staff. Breakfast is good with various foods. The room is old, just like three stars hotel and partially clean. Near to the airport, but far from monuments and attractions.

Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. It is very nice to experience such hospitality. Roseatte ***agement should be very proud of these assets in their organization. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. Our Gratitude.

This was my first time in India/New Delhi, and I am glad I selected this hotel (I booked via expedia, but had studied reviews on tripadvisor as well). Stayed five nights in a club room, which includes evening buffet dinner from 7pm. This place delivers value for money! I has five stars in Indian category, which is maybe 4 stars in Western categories, but the price is also only 4 stars! The food is the highlight of the hotel, a variety of mostly Indian (but also Western/Chinese) dishes cooked to the highest quality! And they rotate dishes every day. Admittedly, adding a beer to your evening dinner is quite expensive (for India), but you don't have to do this, right? I used the Gym every morning, which is rather small but sufficient, since not ***y guests seem to go there. I also went to the pool almost every afternoon to do a little swim. The pool was mostly quite deserted when I was there - it is larger than it appeared on the photos I had reviewed. I walked to the Blue Line Metro station almost every day, which is only about 10min from the hotel up the Bangla Sahib Rd. The hotel made my stay in Delhi very enjoyable and I can only recommend it!

Breakfast was not eaten, no comment, but the rooms and lobby are small, the hygiene is average, the restaurant prices are particularly high and the dishes are average. This five-star is really enough water. Hotels in Delhi are very expensive, and five or six hundred yuan can not live in the same conditions as home. Cheaper ones are so dirty that they can't eat. In short, Delhi is bad.

The guided room is a windowless suite room with plywood on the window. Although the room was luxurious, it was no longer a room without a single window, so I changed it to a normal room. The location is good and quiet, so it's okay to stay without thinking it's a 4-star hotel. I would like you to put the materials in the hotel in the room.

Today I came to pride plaza atrocity at imperial hall in banquet I asked a coffee from the service team they denied to give me but the one who helped to get a cup of coffee I would like give a thanks to Akshay,shilender, Nirdosh from banquets and all the banquets team are helpful and give the nice treat after that overall it was a nice experience to have there .....

Location is near to metro station but there is no any shops and restaurant nearby. Breakfast is fine but dinner & lunch buffet provide indequate food variety. Price in Chinese restaurant is very expensive. Service is good and flexible to customer's request. In short, it is not perfect but good hotel. I will recommend it to friend.

I had a really nice day and really enjoyed the room service, my only complaint if I were to have one is that they called me after every time I hit room service to see if the food was good. I really value being left alone and private in hotels, so it was a little annoying, but other than that, it was a perfect day, one of the best holidays inns the world..
