Dit hotel heeft mooie kamers, vriendelijk personeel en een uitstekende ligging.
Helaas zijn ze momenteel het hotel aan het renoveren waardoor de lobby, het restaurant, de bar en de sauna niet beschikbaar zijn. Je moet als gast langst een zijingang naar binnen, en dient 2 afzonderlijke liften te nemen om aan de kamer te komen.
Tijdens het boeken is er geen melding gemaakt van de renovatie waardoor het verblijf niet aan de verwachtingen heeft voldaan. We hebben betaald voor een 5-sterren ervaring, maar deze niet gekregen.

很久沒來過了，地段絕佳。服務態度很好，雖然很久，但是真的不過時。硬件設施努力再維護，也懶得拍了。房價2k起步了，房型做了升級，感謝。客户經理還幫助預約了外幣!非常不錯的體驗，英國客户的無線0密碼直接改成了房間號。非常人性化!!

差評。可惜了這麼漂亮的酒店，最初印象很好，位置好，套房配管家服務，管家服務態度也很好，可惜了萬豪旗下這麼好的酒店如今竟也是管理混亂，形同黑店，我是預付了房費，入住時又扣我一份房費，這麼大一筆錢，我們自己和攜程工作人員幾經交涉最後才把賬理清楚，入住時發給我們的理髮餐飲等優惠券，就當日去理髮沙龍憑優惠券理了個頭發，理髮師都收下了五十元的優惠券，到了跟金融部門交涉多扣費的時候，這個券他們也不認了非要説理髮不優惠衹給餐飲用，總之感覺對方找着法子多扣客人的錢。這個券已經被理髮師收走了，又是小錢，我們也已離開紐約，衹能把那筆大的房費對清楚退回，這個有銀行記錄他們抵賴不了，但是退款又經歷了多日才退回到賬上。這酒店不行，再也不去住了！

酒店位置非常不錯，法式裝修營造了非常豪華、舒適的居住環境。但房間隔音效果不好。。一樓的餐廳雖然不是米其林推薦之類的，但菜品、服務非常好。
🔔服務：前台服務真對不起所謂的萬豪旗下奢侈一線品牌，入住花了半個小時，大堂也不大，就兩把椅子，所以站了半小時，感覺相當不好。離店更可笑了，黑哥哥，看了二十分鐘電腦，收了三天的城市税，可是大哥！我衹住了二天呀，得虧前台有個華人員工，溝通解決了。
下次應該不會再住了。
