Awesome hotel great staff and very big room which is well equipped with great amenities, and the best part is the location of the hotel right at the centre of the city, opposite to the mall. Just loved it, even the breakfast is great.

攜程上顯示：可免費從大床升到豪華
可見商家的圖片，當初預訂也是看中房間大
以及喜歡廁所的佈局。
因為我們實際入住時間已是晚22:00-23:00
進房間第一感受：這房間好小，可能前台沒有升級
考慮自身原因，這麼晚了，也不想折騰人家。
而且我男朋友是個脾氣很好的人
他覺得沒所謂，覺得我們也就來住兩晚而已
説實話，房間是乾淨的，服務員態度也很好。
一碼歸一碼，我們入住的房間真的超級小
已經算是尾房了，根本連40平都沒有。
廁所特別特別小，酒店竟然跟我説這是已經升級的豪華大床房？？？圖二廁所自行感受下吧……
隔音效果也不好，旁邊能聽到小朋友吵鬧
早餐的種類不多，車免費停
停車場很大，出門到前台掃碼填寫車牌就行。
本來真的不想做評價，也沒拍很多照片，覺得算了。
商家訊息發來要求好評？電話打來説我自己沒有跟前台要求？後來查看記錄説已經幫忙升級，這叫升級嗎？我真的不想説謊，分享一下實際入住感受

1、隔音巨差，有人在門前地毯走過聽的一清二楚。更別説早晚別屋開關門了
2、洗手間沒有遮光，早上散射進卧室的光線無處可躲。
3、第一次見到前台和吧枱放一起的酒店，這邊辦理入住那邊吧枱客人訊息接收的一清二楚，毫無私隱。
4、電視系統不清不楚。還需要打電話叫人工來。
這個酒店品牌不會再住第二次

最差酒店入住體驗，洗澡水温低，最高40度左右，房間空調打不熱，維持在20度出頭，電視網絡也差，吃個自助早餐還和搶一樣，都沒啥東西了，不推薦

🚗 交通：對面就是萬象城&山姆，很方便購物；也有直達的公交去天一這塊市中心
🧹衞生：房間很乾凈；浴室、鏡子、廁所這些分佈在一排的空間內，乾濕分離挺好的
🍸餐飲：晚上有提供免費的雞尾酒；早餐是自助的，品種挺多，味道也蠻不錯的

這次到寧波出差沒去以前常住的酒店，試了一下希諾，還不錯。庭院房，提前預訂，性價比高。房間大，乾淨安靜，前台服務態度好。早餐在一樓，也不錯。負一樓可以洗衣服，還有跑步機動感單車啞鈴等，下午忙完工作，鍛鍊一會非常舒服。酒店對面就是萬象城，去周邊都比較方便。附近停車位多，充電也方便。

隨房間贈送的雞尾酒，在預訂頁面寫的是兩份，結果晚上和酒店要的時候衹給一份。調酒的工作人員去問負責的人，負責人愛答不理的説：衹給一份，想喝的話就免費送給你吧。誰也不缺幾十塊錢喝一杯雞尾酒，住酒店也不是奔着這杯雞尾酒來的。衹是工作人員愛答不理的態度讓人覺得，顧客像是求着他們要這杯雞尾酒。讓人很不舒服！

第一次入住希諾這個品牌的酒店，我被驚艷了，這家店很有特色，設計感很強，大堂接待與早餐、酒吧枱融為一體，並且早餐到11點，睡個懶覺，午飯也省了，更重要的是不用擔心沒早餐吃了。前台服務也很好，很熱情，還有送物機器人。房間衞生也很乾凈，房間也很寬敞，舒適度很好。晚上還有雞尾酒贈送，朋友一起大堂坐坐，喝喝小酒聊聊天都蠻好，特別是酒店門口的休息區也很愜意。酒店停車也很方便，距離萬象城很近，就在對面，特方便，值得推薦，下次來還會選擇入住這家店。
