If you’re not needing the downtown CBD area, then this hotel isn’t for you. It’s difficult to find due to one-way streets, and all the drivers had trouble finding the entrance, which was always filled with several parked cars making it more difficult for drivers to enter/exit. The views in the room are all of other buildings across the street. However, the worst part of my experience was when the hotel disabled the air conditioning in the room in the middle of the night. When I complained, I was moved to a larger room that was literally 1 degree cooler, and an electric fan was placed in the bedroom. But between 1 and 4am, the room was sweltering, as many hotels are in smaller cities around China. I understand local brands doing this to save money, but this is an international brand. When I complained the second time, an employee told me Chinese people don’t like to sleep with the air conditioning on. I know that’s not true. Finally, the buffet breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels of the same price/category. I won’t be returning.

I would like to deeply thank Kol,Justin and Alisa for their outstanding Hospitality during our stay. My family visited this hotel during the 2022 dragon boat festival weekend. We traveled with our 7 months old baby and as you can imagine, we needed some type of help in many ways and among them three, they made sure to get us all the help we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a family gateway weekend.

The location is excellent, right in the Cultural Square, opposite the bank, and next to the Cultural Theatre. The room is average. There doesn't seem to be a trash can in the bathroom. The room air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature (it is set to 24 degrees but keeps setting it to 21 degrees or even to 20 degrees at night), as well as the temperature of the central air conditioner. The guest room is on a higher floor so the view is okay. Check-in is quick, usually within 3 minutes. There is no bathtub in the toilet, but there is a refrigerator and minibar in the room. The soundproofing of the room is not good, and the sound of the door opening and closing/turning on the faucet next door is clearly audible. The service attitude is pretty good. The guy Tank who checked in at the front desk, the gentleman at the concierge, and the person who answered the in-room service hotline all have good attitudes and can handle problems in a timely manner. The lobby manager Carry was also very patient in listening, solving problems and giving solutions. It was so hot that we couldn't sleep in the middle of the night, so he moved us to a room with a lower temperature. Then he contacted the engineering department and asked us to lower the room temperature before reluctantly. Spent one night and was satisfied with the handling, which was timely. Cleanliness: I encountered no cleanliness issues when I checked in. The swimming pool seems to be cooperating with others. It is quite troublesome to get tickets to go to May Day Square. You can park for free in the underground parking lot, and there are charging piles, which is very good. Hope to have a better stay experience next time

I have tried all three networks, but I can’t connect after entering the password. Is your WIFI useless, or is the WIFI password changed and there is no notification in the room? All four pillows are high pillows, so I can't sleep well all night. It is understandable that there are no toiletries in the room. At least talk about it when you check in. Don't let the guests find out when they use it. Bathrobes should really be considered.

Mixed feelings about the hotel. The service was amazing, they didn't speak English but we used translator, the recipient had the app ready and was super nice, friendly and helpful. They assisted in calling taxi and always tried to make communication clear. I stayed in different rooms, the first one was clean and I loved it. Decided to rebook again and was given a different room, wasn't happy at all. It wasn't clean, hair in the bathroom, the floor wasn't swept.

I arrived at the hotel at 10pm and waited for the front desk to call to make sure that the room was cleaned before checking in. I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes with my luggage. The first time I checked in, I had to wait to confirm whether the room was cleaned. The experience was not very good. After checking in, I found that the room sanitation was generally acceptable, but I couldn't take a closer look. There was a lot of dust on the glass and the ornaments on it, stains on the chair, and the bathroom glass was not cleaned. The decoration of the room is relatively old, not newly renovated in 2019, which does not match the introduction of the hotel. The better thing is that the front desk service is more enthusiastic, check out in the morning, luggage storage is handled very warm and thoughtful. Breakfast is so-so, which is worth the price of 38 yuan/person. I would like to make a suggestion. I hope to introduce a single breakfast package. It’s a waste to buy a two-person package for a business trip alone.

The lady at the front desk is very polite and greets you from afar. Miss Zeyong even gave me a free upgrade. Breakfast was so thoughtful and a very pleasant stay!
