TOEI hotel location very good, very close to many shop like 7-11, Lawson, family marts and delicious ramen restaurant! Breakfast provided was very great also! Btw, we not really like the bathroom which combine the shower area in the bathtub…very inconvenient as we need to ensure the water not to spill out and make the outside impacted….

It was base for visit as tourist and as hotels go was very acomadating the rooms are compact but very tidy and every item you need toiletries galore dressing gowns , slippers , water tv fridge , looks like very good Japanese restaurant on site always busy not expensive . The hotel is first rate it's compact so if you need space this is not the hotel but rooms are very nice bathrooms are very compact but actually good great shower load hot water and basket full of stuff loads of it + every type soap shampoo in dispensers very good quality , Wi-Fi was OK not super fast

Good location. Good price. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean hotel. Looks new. BUT... (1) I find the room too dark. There is a hallway light with sensor that I wished had a switch that could turn it on/off. It could’ve added brightness to the room. (2) The air-conditioner is centralized, you cannot control it. The air is not enough to cool the warm room. There was a time that warm air was being emitted so we had to open the window for cooler air. But opening the window lets you hear the street noise. (3) Toilet/Bathroom is small. If you are tall, you cannot comfortably sit when doing your business. (4) The hallway of the room is too narrow. But the bed area of our twin room is wide. If these are OK with you, it is still a nice hotel to stay in.

Or rather help (the rental car is convenient because it is convenient to go to the airport international store as it is in Ohashi store when returning to Japan). The room is normal and perfect. Still very new hotel, about １２ minutes walk from Hakata Station. The time is almost the same from Higashi Hie Station of the subway, but if you are from Higashi Hie, you will not be lost because you are straight from the street. The hotel has a clean interior and plenty of hot water. The air cleaner is also complete in each room. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood with combination two and midnight. There is a reasonable Yakiniku shop across the street where the store name has changed. There is a counter, so it was okay for one person.

Very convinient & clean hotel . Include light buffet breakfast & light afternoon snack . 5mins walking distance to JR subway Station . Many Nice restaurance nearby . Taxi to AirPort about 15mins . So far very happy on this trip .
