location is right in front of the subway station and very convenient to go anywhere since there are 2 subway stations near by the hotel. However, if you wanna go to city centre like namba/umeda, u can walk but may still need to take subway. (I choose this hotel after considering with a hotel in Namba since I thought I could find more local restaurants, but actually many places closed early...) Overall service are great, but would be better for trainee to do the check-in process with a senior staff since it took a longer process than normal and made a few mistakes although she was super kind. Staffs are all nice and very helpful! Facilities are so clean and the public bath is also good to try!

Although I was not staying at the W, the MIXup cafe is a fun spot in the middle of Osaka to have a tea or coffee and their amazing dessert(s). I was looking to try their seasonal dessert, the strawberry mille feuille, although it was already sold out when I arrived. This gives me another reason to return soon! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, I was swiftly shown to my table that I reserved ahead of time (thanks, Marriott Bonvoy), and was walked through the menu and how their orders work. Many teas to choose from, and the cake I chose was plated so beautifully. The chantilly cream with the berries - out of this world! The entire experience was smooth, and I was delighted with the level of service provided. In a way, this is ”normal” and expected for Japan, but I want to highlight that I really enjoyed this visit and look forward to going back.

We stayed for one night at the St Regis Osaka for my husband’s 60th birthday and were treated like royalty! We were even upgraded to the 2000 sf Royal Suite which was, without a doubt, the most luxurious and beautiful hotel accommodations we have ever had (see pictures!) The concierge was wonderful and helped me plan a small cake, champagne and towel art to be set up in our room for after dinner. My husband loved it! He also enjoyed the Shogun Bloody Mary. We have stayed at many St Regis hotels and he always likes to try the Bloody Mary unique to each location. I think this one is his new favorite! Thank you for a perfect stay and wonderful birthday celebration!!! PS - Also of note, the hotel is a short walk to the upscale shopping area.

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the subway entrance and about 10 minutes from the Shinsaibashi check-in point. There is a family on the corner outside the hotel door, and breakfast is enough. There are some small shops along the street where you can eat, and the location is very convenient. The waiters are all Chinese and can communicate without any barriers. This is really great to experience abroad~ The hotel is newly opened, and the facilities and equipment are very new. Compared with other hotels in the same price range, the rooms are larger in Japan, and there are also small balconies. Although they are small, they are well-equipped. The hygiene is also very clean, and the toiletries are all from PLOA, which is good~ Don’t step on thunder, recommended ~

Amazing stay! From the hotel location, staff and room, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. While it was located near busy Doutonbori, it was tucked away in a quiet but still convenient and accessible location. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk also provides all the necessary items you need to make your stay comfortable such as a good variety of tea, body sponges, shaving needs etc. Hotel also offers around the clock free beverages. The room itself was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. There really wasn't any major downfalls aside from maybe an early check out time that i'm not used to, 10am but I still highly recommend!

Dotonbori is available on foot, and a convenience store is also a 1-minute walk. The nearest station is Subway Nihonbashi. Close to Kuromon. Excellent location! ! The room is cute, and the front desk is always manned and safe. The front desk is also polite and kind. The facility is new and clean, the walls are beautiful, and it is good for girls' associations. I stayed on the top floor, but the only view was the apartment, so I couldn't see much, which was a shame. Some cleaning is done. Speaking of details, there were some disappointing parts such as hair and eyelashes falling off, but overall I am very satisfied. If you stay on a cheap day, the cost performance is very good and I would like to use it again. The water pressure in the shower is also perfect. You can spend a comfortable bath time with POLA amenities. Bath towel is big, too and is satisfied. Although there is a charge, it is not so expensive if you book at the same time as staying. It was a buffet style, and I enjoyed a lot of drinks rather than buying them at a convenience store. The customers who are in charge of the buffet were kind, polite and pleasant! The washing machine on the first floor is also new, and the smoking room is easy to use. Free use of ice made our stay even more comfortable!

I moved by subway from Shin-Osaka Station. It is a short walk from Shinsaibashi Subway Station through the underground shopping mall called Crysta Nagahori at Exit 4 of Nagahoribashi Station. It's safe even in the rain. Use a single room. There is no problem at all because the amenities are available in the general room. Since it is in the center, the sound of the car may be unavoidable, but other than that, I was able to spend comfortably without worrying about it. When I asked the front desk about the shop where I could drink a cup of dinner from around 9 pm, I was able to tell me the recommended place (street) to the map. I was traveling alone, but I am grateful for the care that I was told where the security was not very good. Thanks to that, I went to a delicious yakitori restaurant and it was a good trip ♪ I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

I took my kids around Japan for Thanksgiving week. We stayed in hostels everywhere because it was hard to find hotel rooms for three people. Of all of the places we stayed, this was by far the nicest one. The room was hotel quality - with great beds, clean and modern bathrooms, and a new feel to everything. The staff were very friendly and the location was great for walking around Dotonburi at night. Beds were already made, towels were included and great shower products. Overall, way better than the average hostel.

The ryokan Kuramoto is located just a few steps from the central area of Namba, Osaka's entertainment district, and is in traditional style: a public bathroom (onsen) is available and there are many automatic distributors. The room is in Japanese style: tatami and futon, including a low table (not very comfortable to be honest, but if you choose a traditional hotel, it is waiting ****), but larger than I expected. The bathroom was small and with little light. I had no way to try breakfast (which, apparently, is available). In general, the hotel Kuramoto is good for: a. A stay in a traditional hotel, with onsen attached (ryokan); b. The location is not far from the entertainment district, with restaurants and shops a few meters away; c. A quick stay, of a maximum of a couple of nights.

Location was very convenient. It was close to the station and in the shopping street, so I could go to the supermarket without getting wet even at ☔️. The decoration of the room was very beautiful and nice. It was a little disappointing that the bathroom was an old building, or the smell of the drain was a little worried, and the fixtures were stored very messyly, and maybe the person who managed it was a man ...? I felt. Other than that, I was able to spend very comfortable.

Nice hostel and a good location. The hostel had a nice spot in the lobby to hang out with tables and bean bag chairs and we were able to meet and talk with other people staying there. They also provided coffee, tea and toast in the morning. Towel rental and locks for luggage are not included so make sure to bring your own. You also have to make your bed and we both found it very hard to do so especially being on the top bunk bed.
