Amazing stay! From the hotel location, staff and room, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. While it was located near busy Doutonbori, it was tucked away in a quiet but still convenient and accessible location. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk also provides all the necessary items you need to make your stay comfortable such as a good variety of tea, body sponges, shaving needs etc. Hotel also offers around the clock free beverages. The room itself was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. There really wasn't any major downfalls aside from maybe an early check out time that i'm not used to, 10am but I still highly recommend!

LEOPARD Shinsaibashi is adjacent to shinsaihashi, the most prosperous area in Osaka. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to shinsaibashi store street and 2 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station [nagorihashi station]. After a tiring day, you can enjoy a quiet sleep environment at night. Apartment style equipment. The room is equipped with a kitchen, kitchenware, tableware, refrigerator and microwave oven. You can buy local fresh food materials in the supermarket, experience the delicious diet of Japanese locals by yourself, and take care of the elderly or children's own eating habits. The room also has a bathroom with dry and wet separation, French windows and an independent balcony. Compared with the traditional narrow japanese hotel rooms, you can enjoy a larger living environment and more thorough room ventilation. I believe it will leave you a wonderful experience and memory during your trip to Japan.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba offered a phenomenal location along with beyond satisfactory amenities. To start, I must mention that the room was more spacious than some of the other hotels I have been to. The bathroom was clean and well furnished and I had no trouble controlling the temperature in the room or the shower. In addition, their breakfast, served buffet style, was rather satisfactory. Primarily, the buffet was split into two broad categories of âWesternâ and Japanese cuisine. The Japanese side offered classics such as udon, rice, miso soup, and tofu, while the âWesternâ side offered an assortment of breads, corn soup, and pancakes. I say Western with quotation marks as I would imagine most people from Europe or North America would consider the fares offered a far cry from that which they are familiar. Besides that, it is also worth noting that the buffet would cycle between multiple different options on a daily basis to prevent people staying multiple days from getting bored of consuming the same dishes daily. Other than the hotel's facilities, it is also important to draw attention to the location of the hotel. The hotel has a wide array of different restaurants to visit and is located close to both Dotonbori and the subway. This subway is rather convenient as it offers easy access to most areas of interest in Osaka. It is also imperative for me to mention here that there is a convenience store located basically next to the hotel which is, as the name would suggest, quite convenient. In addition, for those who are into anime, the hotel is walking distance fron Dendenmachi. Overall the experience was pleasant. The only issue if I had to say was that there was a high density of people in the hotels vicinity. This issue is further exacerbated on holidays, but this should only pose an issue to some people.

Location is great, right in the middle of dotonburi. But the street itâs on is near clubs and bars so it gets a bit loud at night. Service is great and all but we requested a late checkout and they asked for $100 just for an hour⊠Booked a room for three and itâs just an extra bed added to a twin room so it was crazy cramped I couldnât even open my luggage.
You don't have to worry about traveling to different places. Because it's close to the subway and also close to the most popular shopping areas.
Polite service staff, clean rooms and there is a laundry room as well, very convenient.

The hotel is so nice and clean. I booked a room for one person in a reasonable price. Even though the bathroom is small, it wasnât a problem for me. I still love it anyways. The room is not big but stayable. The bed and blanket is so comfy. to be honest, I love it so much that I donât want to leave this place. I love the fact that the hotel is quite near Sakaisuji-Hommachi station. Alternatively, I could also walk to Namba for only half an hour. Plus Iâm really in love with the big supermarket near the hotel. The staffs are also nice and could be able to speak English. Overall, I would totally recommend this place to other people and I would totally stay here again if I have a chance to go back to Osaka!

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese, etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.

GGuest UserWe got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.
SSiu Wai LindaHotel room is clean and tidy, quite spacious with street view.
Environment is good, a lot of shopping malls and restaurants, walking distance to JR and metro.
Though not many food choices for breakfast, it's still ok.
Hotel is very considerate with a luggage scale on ground floor, so we could check the luggage weight before going to airport.
We recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserPerfect Location, close to Umeda Eki/Osaka Station. A great place if you enjoy shopping.
But!! The room we lived in has poor drainage in the toilet. The water was leaking on the ground, which made the floor very slippery. We contacted the front desk in the morning however the problem was not resolved when we came back in the evening. Finally, a staff liaised for us and we finally changed to a new room. No compensation and I did not hear any apologies. Well, thank you for the help but it cost us some time and made me a bit uncomfortable. The new room was all good.
Staffs are nice and friendly, polite. Thank you for the service. Considering the price, it's not that cost-effective from my point of view.
GGusThis location is truly unbeatable. The hotel not only offers exceptional access to the park but also to a variety of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. Staying at this hotel provides a perfect blend of convenience and accessibility, allowing guests to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy all it has to offer. The proximity to the park and other amenities enhances the overall experience and makes it a top choice for travelers looking for a well-situated accommodation option. The strategic location of the hotel adds immense value to the stay, ensuring that guests have everything they need right at their fingertips..
Ccskphc2004The hotel is located close to the Exit 5 of the Green and Brown Lines of Osaka Metro. However, prepare a strong heart because when you arrive to the exit you will have to climb 4 floors of stairs to reach the hotel every time. The other exit with lift is further away. The hotel itself I will only classify as a modernised INN rather than a stared hotel, not as per its name stated. The cleaning services are not up to the standards you would expect for normal hotels in Japan.
The breakfast itself is another downside if you live here more than four nights, because you would only have four choices everyday every time you go down. The chef made good food but, having stayed here for 9 nights you will get sick and tired of the breakfast pretty soon. Rather, I would recommend just go to local Japanese supermarkets to shop for breakfast and bento for the next day.
àčàčàžàž”àčàžąàž§àžàžžàžThe breakfast room is clean and delicious meal
New hotel the lobby is on the second floor
Besides the yodobauashi subway station the lift exit is opposite the hotel and the inter junction with nipponbashi stations around 5 minute,
The underground pathway of subway station have Starbucks ( open until 22.00pm) the beside hotel have McDonaldâs, Eion mart open 24 hour
It is comfortable to travelling in Osaka because the yodobayashi station in 1 next station to namba station and Shinsaibashi sta too . We can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street
HHalsansanI stayed at this hotel because Aikata participated in the Osaka marathon. There is a deep shop around the hotel that can eat cheap and delicious things. If you use the hotel, you can enter and exit the hotel after checking in. The hotel has a different entrance and exit from the facility user, but you have to take off your shoes. Take your shoes to geta box and store them and walk barefoot in the hotel. Is the room simple and business hotel? However, the bed comfort was the best. There was also UB, but there was a large hot spring facility, so I didn't use the bus in the room. I was booked for one night, but this city was too fun to stay for another night. I negotiated and luckily I had a vacancy, so I ended up staying overnight.
GGuest UserThe most I like about this hotel is location. Itâs located very close to Dontomburi & high-street shopping area.
By the way, the design of the whole floor and even the room quite dark & dim. You will see the dusk on furniture very easily. It was more about design to be chic hotel I would say but if you travel with elderly it was too dark and not so properly. We also found a piece of tissue in the room.
On the first day that we have breakfast we went down before breakfast section close 30 minutes, and they informed us already which is understandable, and we absolutely respect the time. While we mostly finish our breakfast, the most senior staff came to our table with not so nice gesture to rush us to finish. He told is â5 minutesâ but he told the table of 3 ladies next to us â10 minutesâ and giggling. Thatâs already ruin my morning mood.
For me this very rude and unacceptable as I am also working in luxury & lifestyle hospitality industry as well. I select Mercure in Osaka because of the brand. This is my first time with Accor property in Japan, and it makes me very doubt in their service quality.
However, other staff I met at the collider and front office very pleasant and helpful, especially Mr.Kim who help us on check in.
Overall experience for me is OK, but I expected to see well-trained staff when they approach the customer. This kind of things will make the service another level. Comparing to Kyoto hotel I stay few nights their in a local brand but the service was very warm welcome and homies.
HHktphongThe hotel as a whole needs to be clean as well, because you live on a higher floor and have a good view. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is also convenient to go to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori. There is also a railway station nearby.
