先説環境，對面就是羅森，基本需求滿足沒有任何問題，距離難波4到5站，附近4個地鐵口，走路幾分鐘可到，不遠處幾個咖啡店可以吃早餐。 再説配置，一共四個房間，一個超大客廳（對日本來説），除了榻榻米房間，剩下3個標間全部算是背街，相對安靜，二樓有一個大廳，一家人來或者朋友一起沒有任何問題，冰箱洗衣機灶台咖啡機微波爐等一應俱全，放鬆休閑蠻好的，老闆娘貼心的準備了小吃水果 最後説服務，老闆娘中國人，交流很便利，提前問我們幾個人，專門準備了小童拖鞋和小童洗漱用品，親自開車把我們從地鐵站接到房間，還詢問是否需要送去泡湯，走的時候要送去地鐵站，搞得我都不好意思了，超級nice。 唯一可惜就是住的時間太短了，很滿足的一次體驗，感謝。

Our stay was amazing! The check in process was so easy and the building were easy to locate. Right in between 2 train lines which makes getting into the city easy. Communication was amazing, such quick email replies! The apartment was so clean and spacious enough for 4 adults and luggage. Beds were so comfy! Clear instructions were provided on how to use amenities. 10/10 would stay here again!

The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!

Stay from September 25 to October 02 First of all, the room condition is so good I have to pay expensive money to go to the hotel It's recommended for more than 4 nights I bought all the cooking tools, so I bought food and ate about 5 dinners. There's a local restaurant. It's a locally too poor neighborhood. The people are so messy and I see some homeless people. It's a difference of opinion, but it wasn't dangerous or dangerous. The train station is also worth walking, and it was easy to tour because it was a station area where the raffi was also a multi-track station. One thing that was just uncomfortable was There is no one at the front desk and all the questions are emailed. It's a little uncomfortable.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family for the purpose of traveling to Osaka. Overall, I am very satisfied. It is reasonably priced, newly built in 24 years, so it is clean, and it is convenient because it has all the appliances including a washing machine and refrigerator. The bathroom and other structures are really well designed. Not only I, but my family are very satisfied and we had a great trip and returned. I highly recommend it. It is a bit far from the downtown area.

We loved how it was close to most things, and particularly as we had to leave early in the morning with all of our luggage to Kansai, the distance from the place to the Nankai Line proved particularly beneficial - short walk and lifts available, with many train options in the morning. Finding the place was a little difficult if using google maps since the navigation proved difficult in and around the building. A good thing we got help from a Nankai Line employer at the Nankai ”tunnel” who showed us the general direction to the apartment. If you exit from JR line, walk to the Nankai line tunnel on your right as you exit. Apartment was super close to a Mega Donki too which was awesome with food trucks and stalls under the bridge. Area was quiet, if not for the occasional train passing, though the rooms were well insulated. Overall an enjoyable stay. Rooms were relatively large by Japan's standard and there was a tiny cooking area with some utensils, and a washing machine. I liked how the toilet was separated from the bath area. We took the quad room with four beds and still had enough walking space and a bed just for our luggage since there wasn't however, enough room for luggage and clothes storage. You can dry your clothes at a sizeable balcony and in the current summer heat, our clothes dried up really quickly. Self check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. Too bad there wasn't any complimentary coffee, tea or water.

The room is spacious, with a dining table, kitchenette, and washing machine, which are all plus points. The bathroom and toilet are separated, so taking a bath will not occupy the toilet. The accommodation is very close to Tsutenkaku. It is convenient for eating and shopping. You can reach the station in 5 minutes' walk!

Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

Facilities: microwave oven/refrigerator/washing machine (with washing powder)/pots and pans/chopsticks, spoons and forks/knife and cutting board; Hygiene: My daughter likes to walk barefoot on the carpet, and her socks are also clean. Overall, it is cleaner than my home; Environment: The location is also very good. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to Shin-Imamiya and 10 minutes to walk to the zoo (we are with the children); Service: Although the whole process was through email exchanges, communication was barrier-free, and check-in was also convenient and safe; It was a very correct choice to choose you this time. I brought my parents and children with me, and I could cook and fry, and there was also detergent. I felt so much belonging.

Service: I asked for a refill of towels via email, but they told me to use the washing machine in the room, but no matter how much I turned it, it wouldn't dryㅠㅜㅠ(I was able to wash them. There was detergent on top.) I quickly dried the last one and used it. Please take note if you're going (we may not have followed the instructions!)
