Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

Although I was not staying at the W, the MIXup cafe is a fun spot in the middle of Osaka to have a tea or coffee and their amazing dessert(s). I was looking to try their seasonal dessert, the strawberry mille feuille, although it was already sold out when I arrived. This gives me another reason to return soon! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, I was swiftly shown to my table that I reserved ahead of time (thanks, Marriott Bonvoy), and was walked through the menu and how their orders work. Many teas to choose from, and the cake I chose was plated so beautifully. The chantilly cream with the berries - out of this world! The entire experience was smooth, and I was delighted with the level of service provided. In a way, this is ”normal” and expected for Japan, but I want to highlight that I really enjoyed this visit and look forward to going back.

Let me begin by saying the negative reviews on here are crazy. This place is great. It’s affordable and extremely comfortable. Yes, the air conditioner controls are in Japanese , surprise! You’re in Japan! The neighborhood seems totally safe and very walkable. It’s a great location. Quiet yet convenient. There is a fantastic grocery store directly next door with excellent prepared food for really cheap! Walk just a few blocks and there is a great area with tiny local restaurants (we stumbled on a great ramen shop run by a sweetheart big bear of a guy who loves Harley Davidson motorcycles). The staff here has been excellent. The food in the restaurant has been great (but not super cheap)- The atmosphere is wonderful. All of this with affordability has helped make our stay in Osaka just great. The folks at this hotel have been patient and friendly at every turn.

Although it has a strong aged feel, it was nice because it was quite spacious. The bathroom is good and the room is clean. If you forget to choose a non-smoking room, you can smell the faint smell of cigarettes in the room. Non-smokers, please check the non-smoking room properly. There was a convenience store right after crossing the traffic light, so it was convenient. It was close to the back door, the elevator was close, and it was nice that hand sanitizer was provided in front of the door. It is a five minute walk from the station. There were several hangers, so I was able to hang all my coats and bags and scarves comfortably. good value for money

I stayed at this hotel for the first time in Osaka 10 years ago because it has the only natural hot spring in Osaka, and every time I travel or travel this is the only choice in Osaka. Because of the mask, I didn't come for 4 years. The Westin arranged for this business trip did not live but chose here again. The hotel has been renovated, the total number of rooms has increased, but the room has become smaller. The hot spring original male soup and female soup did not have a large and small pool to be exchanged, and now it is not exchanged. I asked and said that it is still male Binduo. The head rope comb originally prepared in Tangchi has now been changed to the elevator in the hotel lobby. Self-service drinks are now more varied. In short, it's not bad. Mainly I like 💕 myself.

I stayed with my family on the way back from USJ. It was about 20 minutes drive from USJ and it was good not too far. The parking lot required reservation in advance and there was a place to park about 4 cars. I also stayed with elementary school children, but I didn't have slippers or towels, probably because the number of children was not included. Slippers and towels were available for a fee. I really liked breakfast. There were rice balls and bread, corn soup and miso soup, and there were many kinds of rice balls and it was delicious. It was good to be able to eat in the room. I wanted to use it again.

We stayed to participate in Samsoni. In addition to Samsoni participants, it seems to be a place to stay for Samsoni staff, and the staff 々 was arrived by a large bus at midnight. At first, I decided to use the shuttle bus from Cosmo Square Station, and I decided to stay at this hotel near awaza station where I could go without transfer, but I found that the waiting time for the shuttle bus was half-finished. I changed my itinerary from Universal Studios to the venue by taxi and went from awaza station to the venue via the YUME Saki line. On the way back, I didn't catch a taxi from the venue, so I walked about 45 minutes from the venue to the nearest Sakurajima station of Universal Studios and took a transfer from Sakurajima station to awaza station. This route is a hole? Or, I was really saved by sitting on the train for both round trips. It was a cheap plan for check-in after 23 o'clock, so it was just a good time when the live was finished and headed to the hotel. Before the bath, we launched at the takoyaki tavern ”Tsuji” near the hotel, and the public bath can be used until midnight ２, so we were able to heal the fatigue slowly, the public bath is the best! The tavern's cherry blossom family also had a 々 return to Samasoni and was soaked in the afterglow. ５ floor? Or it was a single non-smoking room, but it was comfortable with everything you need in the compact. I used a large bath at night and the next morning, so I didn't use the bath in the room, but Karan and washlet were new and comfortable. There was a large bath and a washroom, the bathtub was large and the dressing room was clean. There is a security box with a card key in the room. The room had both equipped slippers and disposable slippers, which was clean. There is also a window. The buffet breakfast was free, but I had a lunch schedule, so I thought I would eat lightly, but what! I was glad that there was porridge for light people (consideration for hangover people?) (for foreigners?). The stomach was healed by porridge, yogurt and * baking. There were many side dishes, and in the time zone where there were many users, the side dishes were prepared ２ lanes and were able to take the buffet in ２ rows. Breakfast time also decreased to １ lanes in the latter half. Before check-in, I also had a luggage at the front desk, and I saw other participants in Samasoni painted sunscreen and prepared. The surrounding area is not a busy downtown, but even if you come back tired, you will arrive at the hotel in about 2 minutes walk from awaza station, and there are many convenience stores, so I think it is really convenient. I would like to use it next time I participate in Samasoni in Osaka. Thank you!

This is one of the largest hotel rooms I have stayed in Japan at this price range. The building is small and relatively narrow, bit the room is extremely spacious. I think there are only two rooms per floor. The heat worked very well. There are big windows for plenty of natural light. The only downside is that the door to the (narrow) balcony cannot be opened so you cant step out. Not sure why. The big PLUS was how the Manager, Maeda-san treated us. He was very courteous and helpful with all our requests. We asked him for advice about where to park and he suggested using the coin park across the way that listed a max rate of 1.800JPY per day. We parked the car and did not move it between Jan 2nd and Jan 5th at about 11:00AM. We were expecting to pay 1,800 x 3 = 5,400 JPY. However I was shocked to see the total charge of nearly 16,500 JPY. Apparently the vehicle must be moved everyday to qualify for that 1,800JPY max rate. It certainly wasn't clear anywhere so I complained to Maeda-san. He spent a lot of time on the phone trying to resolve the issue with the parking place (remote management). Unfortunately he could not do anything but promised to resolve the issue and asked me for my mobile number. I wrote this off as ”Gaijin tax” - for not knowing how to read the small print. To my absolute surprise, more than a month later, Maeda san called me and told me that he had negotiated a refund! He asked for my bank info and the parking place refunded 12,000 JPY. I was totally amazed that he had diligently followed on this issue and convinced the parking company to refund the amount. Thank you Maeda-san for your Omotenashi and genuine hospitality. You can be sure we will stay here again when we are in Osaka. Its a great location and the hospitality is TOPS!

I thought it would be easy to understand if there was a sign at the entrance. Before I traveled, I didn't read the check-in information sent by the customer service. After I arrived at the apartment, I found a circle of service desks and couldn't find it. I called the apartment contact number to know that it was a homestay and the check-in was self-service. Check out today and saw the check-in instructions on Ctrip.com two days earlier. Transportation: It is very close to Jiujo Station, but we are going to Universal Studios, so we have to go to Xijiujo Station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the apartment to Xijiujo Station? It's fast, it seems that there is no 20 minutes to the tram stop. Environment: The surrounding area is quiet and not noisy. Convenience store is very close, McDonald's is actually nearby, there are Japanese-style izakayas around, there are also Chinese cuisine, eat it according to your own taste~ The apartment is well equipped and very clean. If you have your own favorite accommodation supplies, it is recommended to bring your own. The room has free wifi, which is fine. I used this place last time as well. It's within walking distance from Kyocera Dome, and there are supermarkets along the way, so I used it again this time, but this time I didn't receive an email with check-in instructions the day before, so I was really nervous. And for some reason, there was natto in the refrigerator, so I wonder if they didn't check the inside of the refrigerator when cleaning? I tought. The room is clean and the location is good, so I would like to use it again if I have a chance next time.

We went to Japan for the first time and booked a hotel on Trip.com. At that time, we paid attention to two points: affordable and the room was big enough. Third, we thought the location was biased, and we knew that the location was very good.
