New structure with the pointing of things done well. Young and gentle staff. Very large and very high rooms, well furnished, with angle cooking, all new. Large bathroom with shower with hydromassage. Common spaces at closed and outdoor. Just next to the central station. Excellent quality/price ratio, very recommended.

#绝佳位置# It is very close to the train station, five minutes away, just on the opposite side of the train station, and across the street is a big supermarket, and not too far from the sights, walking. #房清洁# The room is large and comfortable, the bed is soft and large. #环境超好# The hotel is located on the commercial street, safe and reliable👌 #完美服务# The front desk brother is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. It also helps us put the printed itinerary into the room.

Absolute perfection. I can't find another way to describe how Massimo and Fabio took care of me and my wife in our stay in Palermo for my birthday. This B&B is in a magnificent location in Palermo city center, very close to all the main attractions, transport stations and bars and restaurants on foot. It is located inside an old building but the B&B is completely new and refurbished in one of the floors. Our room was great, very comfortable and clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was a real treat, with toast, cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruits, p (including Sicilian cactus figs), pastries, cereal, juice and great tasting Italian coffee. But the very best of our stay was our hosts, Massimo and Fabio who really know how to make their guests at home. Nothing is too much for them, they will recommend you nice places to visits, as well as restaurants, help with transport, etc. We hope that we can come back some day. One extra tip, the Ponticello restaurant down the corner is great and so is another place called Il Bisso, not too far from the B&B either. Fabio e Massimo, Grazie Mille!

The hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel. The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.

Excellent place, 5 minutes walk to the car and waiting for the train station. Also 5 minutes to the center, supermarket in the neighboring house. The overall bathroom was always absolutely clean. The room worked air conditioner, clean and good bed linen. Friendly and attentive host

Hotel in a very good location, near the central station and the main attractions of Palermo. The room was large enough and with a medium-sized bathroom, equipped with disabled (a lot good), so there is no bidet but a water kitchen. The hotel has a very busy and unsleeved road, because with nearby hospital/police you can feel all the sirens. Beautiful TV and desk, no fridge bar. Mobile supports very comfortable bag. Air conditioned, heating in a single split. Breakfast is paid but even if made with excellent taste. Sunday there was more choice in both sweet and salad. Salat otherwise was on request. I have no problem with the wifi, it is only partially accessible to the disabled in wheelchairs because the slide, for crossing the lift access steps, is very tight. It is impossible to climb on the wheelchair and with hardness, even with help, as well as lift, being old, so with double hand door and small is difficult to use and for width chair 60x90 cm. maximum. There was the problem of hot water that came quite well only in the weekend, while the first days, despite trying to pull the water long, with a considerable waste of it, did not make it warm.
