The service was incredible, they gave us a lot of recommendations, the members of the staff are jewels. The place it is absolutely stunning clean the hotel it used to be the old palace so it is amazing very good price, car parking service too basically treated like a king.

We were on day 21/6/2023 we spent 5 nights and we seemed few, so we liked Pamplona, and accompanied us the weather, went out a perfect holiday. The hotel was perfect in the centre, the room was newly renovated, sufficient size, tail and shelter floor, good lighting, fire detector, emergency plan, several switches and switches. The hotel is in an excellent location in Pamplona, but you cannot reach it by car - at least not with your own (perhaps taxis have a permit, I don't know). However, the parking option they offer is very convenient. You go to a very close-by public underground parking and give the ticket to the hotel front desk, which will charge you a discounted rate. Get the instructions from the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the balcony looked out onto a square (Plaza Consistorial) right in front of the City Hall (Ayuntamiento), itself a very attractive old building. Breakfast is in the adjacent bar and good for what it is. Staff at the front desk is efficient and friendly enough; staff at the bar is more uneven - some very friendly and others less so. All in all a very convenient and reasonable option for a Pamplona vacation, very close to wonderful restaurants and the in the center of the old town. Recommended.
