1. Check in process was not as smooth as expected. 3 staffs were at the check in counter and 2 were not doing anything. I was standing in the queue for 5 mins before someone approached me and requested for my passport. Then followed by another 5 mins wait. Welcome drink was super refreshing and tasty! 2. Rooms are clean in general but I noticed that the house keeping staff did not clean the bathtub everyday!!! They did change the towel, make the bed etc but 100% did not wash and clean the bathtub which is unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel 3. Ordered a bottle of wine and fries at the roof top bar, the fries was soggy and salty, wine didn’t taste good either. Items are way too overpriced!! THB200 for a small cup of hot Americano. 4. Really love the pool (with jacuzzi) and view from the rooftop. But security is concerning because you don’t need to tap the room card to access any floors. Possibly people who are not staying in this hotel can access the rooftop and use the pool? Not sure how they check about this. 5. Love the hotel bed and pillows so much! It’s super comfortable and we had a great rest every night! 6. Requested for high floor and quiet room but we were given low floor (level 13) without them even trying to accommodate my request. Booked via trip.com which comes with free late checkout but was informed by the hotel checkin staff that i must check out by 12pm.

This time the room was clean, the air conditioner was cool, and the hot water was hot. But there is no hair dryer as before. The walls do not keep sound. I heard a sound outside coming in. The sound from the next room was loud. Overall, this price is considered worth it.

Great hotel in an excellent location. The staff on the front desk are very friendly and were amazing when I checked in early due to an early flight time into Bangkok. The hotel has everything around you could want. A seven eleven, ATM's Pharmacy and the nightlife is only a few minutes away yet far enough to be dulled down and not a problem. The room was kept to an excellent standard and the hotel is very authentic throughout. When booking I asked for a high floor and a view across the city and that is exactly what they gave me. I really could not have asked anymore. The bed was massive and very comfortable, large bathroom with a big shower. There is a device by the bedside from where all the lights are controlled by pressing the buttons, and that is a great touch during the dark hours, rather than stubbing the toes on the bed feet. The only downside for me was that there was no balcony furniture. I think the hotel should reconsider this.

Good choice of rooms starting as cheap as 500 baht. Even the cheapest room was very good considering the price. This Soi and the Nightlife area behind the hotel can be a little noisy until 3am but no problem for me because I was usually out until very late. I spent ALOT of time in the Gents Club across the road called Maggie May's. What a wild place full of loose Thai girls that loved having fun with customers. I shouldn't say too much here as this is a hotel review but I stayed at this hotel due to it's proximity to Maggie May's. The room can be cleaned daily and they restock the water, toilet paper, fresh bed, fresh towels as you would expect. I believe they have bigger and more expensive rooms that include a kitchenette which might be useful for some people. They also have a large dining table and lounge area to entertain guests.

The boss aunt is really super nice! ! We went to Pattaya to book a hotel in Ctrip. Her son didn't know that there was no room to help us confirm. Later, when we arrived, the aunt of the boss was waiting for us at the door of her house. We called us all the time, and told us. This matter, then contacted the hotel for us, just opposite his home, the price is almost the same, she always said sorry, then accompanied us to check in, answer our various questions, also told us to go to her the next morning to eat Breakfast, if you want to go somewhere else, you can ask her, or she can help us to report the group. The next day we will return to Bangkok. She will contact us for the car. The price is right. It will take more than an hour to go to the hotel in Bangkok. I am very grateful to Auntie, the most nice person I have seen in Thailand. I also took a group photo. I will definitely decide to return to her hotel in advance. Blessing, best wishes!
