There was a very obnoxious group of adults and kids being extremely loud, running up and down the hallways and stairs, adults were obviously intoxicated, and it was 11:30pm. Regardless of what time we had to be up in the morning (6am) it was still very loud. Called the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything.. unbelievable! So I had to actually address them myself and ask the please quiet down. 2 out of like 7 were genuinely true. I appreciate that but the rest were hanging outside with the back door of the hotel open screaming and drinking. One of the ladies started to get a little confrontational. No one came to help as far as staff. The next morning, I went to the front desk to get corporates number. Walking back toward my room, I passed by a male worker and he said “The worker from last night is up front if you want to give her a hard time”. Are you serious. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to throw his coworker under the bus like that. Will not be staying here again. Excuse any typos lol and this was the 30th of April

One of the very best hotels! Large rooms. SPOTLESS. Comfortable mattress with beautiful linens. Lots of towels etc., all amenities met. All night coffee and cookies offered along with access to microwave. Their breakfast was full and delicious. A breakfast casserole was fabulous! Everything hot along with great biscuits, eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, big pitchers of chocolate milk....I could go on! Really, this hotel was recently renovated and great care has been taken. The front desk staff were great and when I complimented them on their hotel, the woman credited their great staff and great boss. What a lovely feeling to experience appreciation in co-workers.

Upon check-in, the woman working the desk was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the evening and slept well. We had to leave to get back home and beat some weather so left in a hurry. I accidentally left my pillow with several personal items stuffed inside. I noticed that it was missing an hour or so after we left. I called the next afternoon and they said they would check. I called back and housekeeping said they didn't find anything in the room. I used to work for a hotel and this is extremely disappointing. Is a pillow that important?- Not to most people, but clearly important to me if I am to bring it with me. The larger concern are the items inside- one was my mouthguard for sleeping! Any of you jaw clenchers know how important and expensive these things are! I am saddened by this experience. I am adult and take responsibility for my forgetfulness, but was hopeful that there would have been more consideration and care (or attention to detail).
