This place has the best view in Phnom Penh. Team is extremely nice and kind, bed is comfy, room is spacious and feels like a cool studio with microvawe and water dispencer. Breakfast is good. I havent had a chance to swim but pool is very cool. However it is full of cockroaches. If one person mentioned this in their comments i wouldnt stay at this hotel. Not just one or two. I killed 15 16 teenager and 5 baby cockroaches. Didnt have a chance to meet parents. A friend of mine was staying another room and he left the hotel earlier and said there were even cockroaches in his pillow. So sad cockroaches took over the place!

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. We are a family of 4 and we stayed 3 nights in the family room. It was new, clean and big! Location was also great. We were well received by a smiling staff that took good care of us. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the soft opening did not include the full Accor plus benefits with dining discount. I was, however notified, that there was a note in the booking about this. I had missed this. That being said, we were served a really good breakfast at around 7$ pr person. Our waiter was so nice and took very good care of us:-) I also liked that there was water available from a dispenser in the hallway. Overall a great stay, and it will be even better after the grand opening and all Accor benefits are included! I recommend staying here. The staff was the best part of the stay. They made our stay memorable.

Excellent apartment hotel with super service minded staff! The hotel seems brand new with all the advantages which comes with this. Big room and nice bathroom. Modern amenities. Laundry machine on the balcony. Big fridge with freezer. Big and modern television. Rooftop pool and super modern gym with lots of different equipment. The gym also has AC and the possibility to air via windows so it makes the training session comfortable. The review is given a little lower on LOCATION, but this is based on the fact that it’s about 3-4 km from the palace and all the sightseeing points there. It’s within walking distance to several markets and the Tuel Sleng Museum (1,2 km). After all it is in the city center and it’s super easy to go by tuk tuk. There are several restaurants in the area around the apartment hotel. The staff is very friendly and service minded. They provided a smooth check-in and were very helpful during the stay. Parc 21 Luxury Boutique hotel is highly recommended.

The service is okay, there is Chinese service, although the swimming pool cannot be entered directly, but I communicated with the front desk and finally let me in. The address is very good, next to Aeon 1 shopping mall, it is convenient for shopping. It's a pity that this is a shared hotel apartment. It would be better if it could be closed and managed. The room is clean when you enter it, but there are some decoration issues that cannot be cleaned. Close to the central area of BKK, there are many delicious food, which can be recommended.

It’s actually pretty average and doesn’t reflect the higher rating reviews. The apartment building is far away from center of bars and restaurants. It’s very aged. The apartments have a washing machine which was good but no other items for cooking or eating. It’s bare. They also demanded inlay a USD45 deposit. For what I’m not sure but I refused. Overall, disappointing.
