This location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix!

I was a guest here for a work trip. The hotel was easy to find and easy parking. Room was not quite ready when I arrived. They offered to hold my luggage and asked if I could return in an hour or so. I went for a hike at Piestawa Peak and returned ready check in. Room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom could be updated but that is minor. Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is a great standard fare with hot and cold items. Waffle bar is a major hit with the hotel guests. I appreciated the option of fresh fruits too. The fitness center is well equipped and was widely used in the morning hours before breakfast. I did not get a chance to enjoy the pool. This hotel is very close to local businesses like the shopping plaza with the Fry's for groceries. Or you can spend a bit extra and enjoy the shops and dining at the Biltmore shopping centers.

The hotel did not give me a breakfast voucher when I checked in, even though my rate included breakfast. I had to ask for one in the morning when I discovered they charged for breakfast. When I checked out, they charged me for the room when I had already paid through Trip.com. I had to call them to get a credit processed. The rate they charged me was $132, but I paid Trip.com $162, so it wasn’t cheaper with Trip.com. The breakfast was very good though, I had avocado toast.

We stayed here the last night of our trip due to its proximity to the airport and ability to house over 4 people in a room (up to 6). The hotel itself is fine, very average. The pool does not have sunlight in the afternoon which is a minus, as that means it's relatively cold in the Winter, even though it is somewhat heated. The rooms are large and have a full kitchen which is a nice. I took a couple stars off for cleanliness by housekeeping, as they left a wet towel in our room from the previous guests, and the blanket for our kids had stains all over it (gross, even our little kids complained). All in all it was convenient for the night before a flight out, but we would look to stay elsewhere next time.
