I don't drink hot milk, and the brother in charge of management specially brings me ice milk every day! Special thanks!! The boss and the main staff are all Chinese, so those who are not good at English can go without worrying about language barriers. And the boss is very nice. The hotel is located in the Rawai Beach area, so we first went to a small beach nearby, as well as Nai Harn Beach, which is less crowded, the beach is super beautiful, and there are basically no Chinese. Traveling to Phuket for the first time as a family and we had a wonderful stay at OZO. Good location near the beach and opposite the Kata night market with lots of food choices. Kata is a family oriented area compared to Patong. We checked in about an hour earlier and it was nice of the hotel to include a single bed in the living room without charge. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious with ceiling fans in both areas. Good that hotel provides free parking too. Breakfast selection is ok. Pool area is popular with families and nice to have a slides for kids. Overall a good hotel choice for families.

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

A very beautiful hotel opened by a Beijing boss. The swimming pool is clean and sanitary, and the service is very good, all in Chinese. Breakfast is on the rooftop on the seventh floor, where you can enjoy the panoramic view of Badong. It is convenient for shopping, and you can also order Chinese food, Xi'an Roujiamo, and noodles. I will definitely come again with my family next time.

Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool, However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met. Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops , Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights . So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patong

The hotel has gave us a calendar cause it was my birthday which is very nice of them. The floor in the room isn’t very clean. Only provided one big towel per one person after cleaning the room, with no small towels or hand towels at all. The breakfast is really good, slightly different everyday with good varieties. Did their complementary yoga class, the instructor was very nice and friendly but doesn’t seems to be a professional yoga teacher. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very pretty itself but it is quite a long way walking back to our room from the lobby.

If you are looking for a place to sleep and keep your things safely, this is the best and cheap place. There’s a small but nice swimming pool as well. Its a great location. Rental bike, atm, 7/11, laundry etc., are at walkable distance. This hotel is not located in an area with scenery. We went as couple and its very safe there.

It was my first time to go to Phuket, and I was pleasantly surprised to stay at this hotel. From the meticulous service to the clean and spacious rooms, there was nothing to complain about. The boss was Chinese, and the staff could speak Chinese, so there was no need to worry about the language. I would choose to stay here again next time I go.
