Traveling to Phuket for the first time as a family and we had a wonderful stay at OZO. Good location near the beach and opposite the Kata night market with lots of food choices. Kata is a family oriented area compared to Patong. We checked in about an hour earlier and it was nice of the hotel to include a single bed in the living room without charge. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious with ceiling fans in both areas. Good that hotel provides free parking too. Breakfast selection is ok. Pool area is popular with families and nice to have a slides for kids. Overall a good hotel choice for families.

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. In general, overall it was good. Nice swimming pool and facilities, breakfast was decent and location was good within 2 mins walk to the beach. However, the rooms badly needed a refurbish. They were very old. There was no enforcement of people generally smoking where they wanted and there were a lot of smokers. Also there were never any staff watching the “kids pool” so older kids were allowed to just play as they wanted (quite dangerous at times) while very young toddlers were in the pool.

I originally wanted to stay in Kata and Karon, but by chance I found Haitang No. 7. At first, I thought that I could only get a villa at this price, and I was a little skeptical, but I still booked it with the idea that it was a villa after all, how bad could it be. After booking, the customer service added me on WeChat and asked the customer service to help book the airport pick-up. The customer service sent several messages to inform me how to meet up. It felt very thoughtful. Secondly, let’s talk about the location. The villa is on Rawai Beach, about an hour from the airport. It is on the east side of Phuket, which is not a popular tourist attraction, so there is no traffic jam. Let's talk about the villa again. The villa is a ring structure, all stand-alone villas, with a swimming pool in the middle. The environment is very good. We were amazed as soon as we entered. It felt super value instantly. Moreover, this is one of the few villas that can clearly provide twin beds. Other hotels are random with large beds and twin beds. The room is very large, and it is a suite. 🈶 Bathtub, double wash basins are provided, and there is a swimming pool outside. The swimming pool is exposed to the sun during the day, and it is just right for swimming at night. It is comfortable and cozy, and it really feels like a vacation. Finally, let's talk about the attractions. We took a taxi to Phuket Town, which took about fifteen minutes. The shuttle bus from Phuket Town to Patong 🈶, the open-top shuttle bus is so cool, and the distance is very close, which is also about fifteen minutes. It also takes about fifteen minutes to take a taxi from Patong back to the villa. In short, it is very close. The next day, we took a taxi to Nai Harn Beach, which took ten minutes. This is a niche beach for foreigners to vacation. The beach is fine and the sea water is clear. It is very suitable for vacation. It takes 20 minutes to walk from Nai Harn to Yaniu Beach. You can kayak and snorkel. It is also a niche attraction. There are not many people. After walking for about 10 minutes, you can reach the Fairy Peninsula to watch the sunset. Finally, take a taxi to Rawai Seafood Market for dinner. It takes 10 minutes to get back to the villa by taxi. Overall, it is very convenient to eat and stay here, but it's a pity that the boss's three-wheeled vehicle was not taken. There are also cute cats. See you next time😆

It was my first time to go to Phuket, and I was pleasantly surprised to stay at this hotel. From the meticulous service to the clean and spacious rooms, there was nothing to complain about. While eating a rich and varied breakfast, I could also enjoy the beautiful sea view. It was very close to the scenic spots. The hotel also had a car rental service. The boss was Chinese, and the staff could speak Chinese, so there was no need to worry about the language. I would choose to stay here again next time I go.

Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

The hotel has an excellent location, convenient shopping, rich breakfast, good service attitude, and no language barrier for communication in Chinese. The Roujiamo and Liangpi served by Chinese Shaanxi people downstairs are very authentic. I highly recommend these hotels.

If you are looking for a place to sleep and keep your things safely, this is the best and cheap place. There’s a small but nice swimming pool as well. Its a great location. Rental bike, atm, 7/11, laundry etc., are at walkable distance. This hotel is not located in an area with scenery. We went as couple and its very safe there.

Overall is good. Food and staff are nice. Facilities are well maintained. However the housekeeping is required for an improvement. We completed an online survey pre check in including the choice of the bedding. We asked for a duvet with satin cover (one of the options), however, the size of duvet is much bigger than the duvet. It looks weird….
