AAnonymous UserThe resort isn't very big, a rectangular area, and the villa section takes up a significant portion, so there's limited space for activities. BUT! There's a beautiful, uncrowded beach, haha! The coastline is very long, which is a huge plus. The rooms seem to have been renovated; they're a mix of new and old. For instance, some of the bathroom fixtures are clearly old, but the doors, windows, and furniture look new. At the very least, the grout and wall seams have been redone and look pristine. The air conditioning is incredibly efficient, and the room is well-insulated – even after being out with the power off for half the day, it's still chilly when you come back in. The room provides a clothes drying rack on the balcony for dripping wet clothes and swimsuits, which is a thoughtful touch. However, the BBQ buffet dinner, which costs over 2000 THB per person, doesn't include any basic beverages, only water. The BBQ items are so few you can count them on one finger, non-BBQ items on another finger, and desserts/fruits on a third finger. There were only two or three seafood options. My child is sensitive, so after removing what they couldn't eat, spicy dishes, and disliked flavors, there was almost nothing left! Can you believe we couldn't find two dishes they'd dare to eat from the entire buffet? The breakfast selection is much richer than the dinner buffet, and it's only a quarter of the price... but the dishes were exactly the same every day. After two days, we started missing 7-Eleven. This isn't some isolated island with supply difficulties; would it be so hard to come up with more rotating menus? Please offer more variety for guests staying multiple nights.

EEnrico888I booked a one-bedroom villa, and after visiting and comparing several units, I truly believe Villa #68 is the absolute best among the one-bedroom options! The layout and size are optimal! The villa boasts a generous 550 sqm, offering huge space and a comfortable layout. It comes with a private pool that directly connects to the beach, making both privacy and the views impeccable. The amenities are also comprehensive: a sauna, indoor and outdoor dual showers, and an outdoor bathtub, instantly delivering a complete resort feel and comfort. The hotel itself has a very natural, ecological island vibe. We saw lizards several times on the villa rooftop and by the pool. At first, it was a bit scary, but they are actually very docile and completely non-aggressive – a rather unique wilderness experience. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The service was excellent throughout; all staff members were enthusiastic, friendly, meticulous, and attentive. A special shout-out to Liam, who provided dedicated service from start to finish, always responsive, patiently helping us arrange all our needs with professionalism and warmth! However, there are a few objective points that deduct from the overall score: Firstly, the hotel's landscaping and gardening are rather ordinary compared to other resorts in the same category. Most of the public areas are sandy, with sparse and poorly maintained plants, making them generally not photo-worthy. Secondly, the in-room facilities are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The quality of the fixtures and sanitary ware like the toilet and showerhead feels quite common, which doesn't quite match the Luxury Collection brand positioning. Getting to the island involves a bit of a journey, from the airport to the pier and then a speedboat transfer, but it feels worth it upon arrival. If you're looking for an extra-large private villa, private pool, direct beach access, and excellent service, this place is still highly recommended. However, if you are sensitive to the public area landscaping and the newness of indoor hardware, you might want to do a bit more research.

EES SoHad a great time while staying at Noku, super b Villa Mint is big and comfortable to stay with friends and family. It even includes snack, fruit and drinks in villa which are complimentary for us to enjoy when we stay by the private pool. Very enjoyable and pleasant! The breakfast at the hotel is a highlight during our stay. It was served in buffet style with egg and noodles station. Although the selection is not super wide, it’s more than enough to enjoy as the quality and the freshness of the food are above average, some of them even exceeded our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed the moment at the hotel so much and we will definitely coming back for vacation again ❤️

AApriltse0508recently stayed at Graceland Resort & Spa in Phuket from May 11 to May 16 with my boyfriend, and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—just steps away from Patong Beach, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes while still having easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean, modern, and had a lovely balcony where we could unwind in the evenings. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool area. The resort has multiple pools, so it never felt too crowded, and there were always plenty of loungers available. It created a really relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a couple’s getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Their service really made us feel valued and taken care of. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options—both local Thai dishes and international choices. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start each day. Overall, Graceland Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. We had such a memorable stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket.

Content: It praises the cleanliness, superb location (convenient for attractions/transport), the friendly and helpful staff (excellent service), and the great amenities (comfortable beds, large lockers, nice common areas). Conclusion: Highly recommend it for solo travelers looking for great value, cleanliness, and a good atmosphere. Will definitely come back!

RRus_TamWe stayed in superior room No. 2507 in May 2026. Overall, the impressions were positive. The room is in good condition, everything shines and sparkles. 2 king size beds, semi-hard mattresses, 2 pillows each, a bedside table, a lamp between them. The TV is not a big Samsung, not a smart TV. The refrigerator is small, without a freezer. It contains paid nuts, beer, water. 2 bottles of water, sugar, tea, coffee, cream, 2 cups, 2 glasses, a kettle - the standard set of each hotel. Balcony with access to the jungle, with dryer, 2 plastic. armchairs, a table, and an unpleasantly humming air conditioning fan unit. This is a minus. The built-in air conditioner with controls on the wall blew where it was needed - not on the bed! The downside is that there is a door to the adjoining room; you can hear perfectly well what is going on with your neighbors. The toilet is standard with a hygienic shower. The shower room is large with a rain shower head on top. The pressure is strong, hot water comes out almost immediately, which is a definite plus for the hotel. It was a little dark in the washbasin, and I had to go out to the mirror and go into the room to shave. There is also not enough light in the room. Thais invariably create evening intimate twilight😁. The door is locked with an electronic lock and 2 key cards are issued. We had a reservation without meals. But according to stories, the food on the Chanalai network is not even bad. They provide 3 towels, including a beach towel. There are 2 swimming pools. There are jets of Jacuzzi hydromassage with good pressure. Second pool on the roof. Everything in the pools is great, only for children. Depth 1.1 meters. Swimming is very difficult, your feet constantly touch the bottom! There is no territory. The building is shaped like the Russian letter P, and the same shape is the pool with sun loungers and a bar. We checked in at 13-00, offering welcome ice cream and a sweet drink. Opposite the hotel there are a number of fruit outlets, a restaurant and a minimart store. 500 meters to the nearest seven/11. And 900 meters to the beach. There is a one-time transfer to the Jangceylon shopping center in Patong, we took advantage of it on a rainy day. Markets and retail chains in Patong, unlike Karon, are very developed. Summary: not a bad 3 or 4 star hotel, it’s up to you to decide. The downside is the depth of the pools. Отдыхали в улучшенном номере №2507 в мае 2026. В целом впечатления положительные. Холодильник маленький, без морозильной камеры. В нем платные орешки, пиво, вода. 2 бутылки воды, сахар, чай, кофе, сливки, 2 чашки, 2 бокала, чайник – стандартный набор каждого отеля. Балкон с выходом на джунгли, с сушилкой, 2 пластик. кресла, столик, и что неприятно гудящий блок вентилятора кондиционера. Это в минус. Встроенный кондиционер с управлением на стене дул куда нужно - не на кровати! Из минусов это дверь всмежный номер, слышимость прекрасная, что происходит у соседей. Туалет стандартный с гигиеническим душем. Душевая комната большая с тропической лейкой сверху. Напор сильный, горячая вода почти сразу идёт, что несомненный плюс отелю. В умывальнике темновато, для бритья приходилось выходить к зеркалу в комнату. Света в комнате тоже не хватает. Тайцы неизменно создают вечерний интим-полумрак😁. Дверь запирается на электронный замок, выдают 2 карты-ключ. Бронь у нас была без питания. Но по рассказам кормят в сети Chanalai очень даже не плохо. Выдают по 3 полотенца, в том числе пляжное. Имеется 2 бассейна. Есть струи гидромассажа джакузи, с хорошим напором. Второй бассейн на крыше. Всё в бассейнах прекрасно, только детям. Глубина 1,1 метр. Плавать очень тяжело, постоянно задевает ногами дно! Территории нет. Здание русской буквой П, и такой же формы бассейн с лежаками и баром. Поселили в 13-00, предложив приветстве

GGuest UserCleanliness: Very good. I even saw the cleaning staff take off their shoes before entering to clean the room. Service: Mostly okay. It was during a marathon, so there were a lot of guests, but the basic services were met. The front desk seemed to have some new staff members; there was a mix-up with unlocking my door, which led me to run up and down four times. They could definitely use more training and shouldn't be distracted while serving guests. Environment: This is a large hotel within the Laguna complex. It offers great value for money, which explains why it's so popular. The hotel has its own pool, and transportation within the community is very convenient. Facilities: Decent. The bed was too soft for my liking, not very comfortable to sleep on. However, for the price, the value is excellent, and the lake view room is absolutely stunning – highly recommended! The hotel also recommended a very affordable massage place, conveniently located within the Laguna community.

KKLorraineOverall, it was a very good stay. Orn was nice and accommodating and even helped move me to a higher floor the next day. Berna from the restaurant was also friendly and took the time to chat, which was really nice. The room was refreshed while I was out during the day, which was great, but it would’ve been helpful to be informed beforehand since my personal belongings were left around. Just a small note — the bathrobe wasn’t set up initially, and only two pillows were provided for a room meant for two guests, so I had to request extra pillows.

LLiuyuan～Our family really loved our room during our Chinese New Year trip! 😍 It was very spacious. We booked a family room with a double-decker kids' area and a king bed. It could easily accommodate four adults – perfect for my parents and my two sisters. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also excellent in terms of space and cleanliness. There was a large balcony overlooking the pool, which extended all the way to the beach – it had such a great vibe. We absolutely adored the overall facilities and environment. In the evening, my elder daughter and I had a spa treatment. It was a bit pricey but acceptable 😁. The guy at the reception was very enthusiastic, and the overall service was great. My dad and younger daughter went to the soft play area, which makes this hotel ideal for family fun. The scenery was spectacular. We visited on the first day of Chinese New Year, and they had a dragon dance 🐉, firecrackers 🧨, and gave out gifts 🎁 to the children. The kids had an absolute blast! Even though we were in Thailand, it felt very much like Chinese New Year. There were yoga classes by the beach, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to join. For service, I'd give it an 85 out of 100. 👍🏼 The front desk had a Chinese-speaking girl who was very thoughtful and helpful, and the doorman was also very polite. However, the restaurant staff and a female attendant folding towels by the pool felt a little lacking. While there wasn't anything overtly bad, their service just wasn't as comfortable as the rest. Everything else was excellent. In summary: The hardware – scenery, accommodation, and cleanliness – was impeccable; the service still has room for improvement.

GGuest UserSpectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing. Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
